This is the second time that we've had work done by Snyder and it was just as wonderful as the first. Jennifer and her helper were friendly and polite, they shared pictures of the rooftop dryer vent they cleaned, and ensured that everything was working correctly before they left. I'm very happy with the service and customer service we receive from Snyder.

I was a customer of Buckhalter Air Conditioning for years and received excellent service from them. In May, my ac was blowing cool, not cold air. I called Snyder, who I understand purchased Buckhalter, and the technician added coolant. The ac blew cold for a couple of weeks, then went back to blowing cool, almost warm air. I paid $440.00 for 2 weeks of cold air. I subsequently called a different ac company. The technician added coolant, cleared the drain, and it has been blowing cold air since that visit. They even charged less.

Terry did an outstanding performance of the job today. Explain and recommend various points that will help the system to work to its optimum capacity. Very happy customer. Define will ask for Terry next time I need Snyder service.
