Prompt, efficient, professional. Lost power to the well pump and Snyder fixed it. He just finished the final permanent fix and we are delighted that he did such a great job! Professional, knowledgeable efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. Absolutely a 10 out of 10!

I needed to replace my garbage disposal of 16 years. Dominic & Xavier came in & replaced it for me with a brand new one. They were Professional & worked cleanly. Appreciate their expertise! Well Done! We have been with the Snyder Companies for a longtime & always professional & they all care!

Tom called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived before my appointment time. He quickly assessed the problem. He told and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He called and ordered the parts. The parts were available this afternoon. He left and picked up the parts; he let me know when he was back; and quickly replaced the necessary parts and rechecked everything to make sure everything was working properly. He was efficient and courteous.

Can I give more than five Stars?!!! What an amazing professional job. Brian B was professional and explained the issues with my A/C and suggested I enroll in a maintenance agreement for preventive maintenance. I was impressed with the communication from the team and the customer service. I signed up for preventive maintenance on both of my properties. Thanks Brian B!

Alejandro, my technician, was very thorough in checking my AC unit, answering my questions and doing the routine maintenance. He was training a technician new to the company and it was an excellent experience having both of them answer my questions while comfortably doing their jobs. I was not familiar with Snyder so the maintenance visit was a great opportunity to see how the technicians represent their company. I was so very impressed and it was a pleasure getting to hear Alejandro speak about his family and the company. I would love for him to return to service my unit again and again.
