The technician, Hunter Barr, at Synder A/C, plumbing and electric was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done to fix our plumbing issues before the work was started. My faucet in the front was leaking and we could not get it to stop so we called Snyder and Rodney came out within 2 hours and I had a brand new faucet. Rodney was pleasant and professional, he is an asset to Snyder. Thank you Rodney.

Gyles was my technician today. He was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Before entering my home, he was mindful to put shoe covers on . He was very patient in explaining the issue regarding both of my units and addressed the issues within a timely manner. His expert troubleshooting helped identify a problem with an older breaker box that had not been replaced when I got my new unit. This helped to explain why my main breaker kept being tripped which was a seperate issue that I had been having which another Snyder technician ( electrical) was unable to identify during a previous service call. This was the first time that he serviced my units. I wish that he could be my regular technician. Please give this man a raise!! He is awesome!!

Dan went over and above expectations and completing the necessary work on mine and my dad's house.
