We had the pleasure of having the team of Joseph James and Brendan do several hours worth of electrical work at our house today. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Joseph and Brendan explained every step along the way and were always available for questions. We didn’t have enough batteries to cover all the smoke alarms and Joseph spent his own money to buy some for us and refused to allow me to pay him back. Both technicians were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made. We have used your company for years and this is why we continue to do so due to the high caliber of customer service you provide at reasonable prices!

Ken was outstanding! Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained his process along the way. He replaced three shower arms and collars for us and we love the look. Ken was very conscientious and cleaned up thoroughly after he completed his work. Now we’re fully converted to matte black thanks to Snyder and Ken!

Ac tech came out on December 5th to service systems. He found an issue and was going to order replacement parts. He called and said something about the parts not being available. Since that time I have texted with the company asking for someone to call back to explain the issue. Multiple times I was told someone would call but nobody has. I think taking over 20 days to call is inexcusable. Time to find another provider. Sad part is that Snyder bought out the company who installed my new ACs. The other company never gave me this type of customer no-service.
