My experience with Snyder Plumbing is truly the best experience I’ve ever had as a homeowner dealing with plumbing issues in 40 years of Home Ownership! The staff is extremely well trained, and very professional, who work hard to give you the best deal possible. Tony Bravo did the most thorough plumbing inspection (Which I highly recommend on older homes!), followed up by very knowledgeable repairs performed by Sam Marshall. Finally have new shut off valves that replaced rusted, stuck valves that caused unnoticeable slow drips behind that majorly damaged many of my cabinets! In addition, added access to shower controls that were not functioning properly by providing access through a closet. These are just a few of the problems which they provided remedies to. It feels good to know there are no more running toilets, dripping, showerheads, or slow leaking bathtubs or sinks. Everything was performed at a reasonable cost as a valued customer with the Snyder Family Plan. I would highly recommend this company to everyone with no reservations!

So my AC unit was not working properly…it was hotter inside than out. Jason came out and found that my unit was old, outdated & parts basically for the most part obsolete or very expensive. End up financing a new a/c unit, which thankfully will be installed tomorrow. Jason was super nice, polite & personable. Would definitely recommend Snyder A/C, we have only had good experiences with them. My installers Sny-Charlie & Ryan (the Technicians) were very nice. Cleaned up any mess and explained details of the unit to me. Poor guys had 4 downpours of rain while installing the unit. They did an excellent job! And Jason, thank you for coming out so quickly, the call prior to your arrival and all your help & courteousness. Aidan Tavenner, thank you for helping me with the thermostat Wi-Fi issue and all the extra information & tips you enlightened me with in regards to the unit. All in all a great team of workers. Casey, our tech, was friendly, prompt, and kept us informed of his progress and tests. He helped us clean up after another AC scam company left us with a mess. I highly recommend this knowledgeable and reliable company.

Joseph provided a lot of detailed information on issues that were not addressed or made worse by my previous heat pump service, McCall/Waychoff. I consistently paid for twice a year maintenance including add ons for mold from a well known large local service. Now I have been informed that I was basically ripped off over the last five years. I appreciate Joseph educating me on the issues. Unfortunately it is going to cost me and my family a lot of money to get this addressed adequately. I am more than upset at being consistently ripped off in this area by so called reputable services. It really is a big problem in the Jacksonville area. I am hoping my experience with Snyder will be significantly better going forward. If it’s not, I will be sure to update my review.

My technician (Adrian) showed up on time and introduced himself because his photo did not proceed his appointment. After we exchanged pleasantries, he went outside and begin the HVAC system check up. Adrian was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing, what he found and suggested solutions. It was a great day with Snyder AC & Plumbing & Electrical.
