Vinnie and Vinnie Falcone did a fantastic and job on my plumbing. No BS either, got the straight answer and felt comfortable with making the decision for a full plumbing replacement to include a water heater and water softener. A lot of work was done within three days. Highly recommend them and the Snyder company. Worth every penny

Dana is terrific! Replaced my 16 year old unit with a new energy efficient machine. Tax credit also applies. Loved the personal touch to ensure that I get what I pay for and actually more than that. Very confident that the install is absolutely correct based on our discussion and the detailed review by Dana and his crew. Very respectful and careful of my house not to damage anything. Tested everything to make sure the system was running correctly. Quality and value were the priority from the start. Had Snyder now for a dozen years and fired the previous company. This company was very helpful. I recently just had my baby and the air conditioning went out and they were able to help work some things out to be able to get the AC back up and running. I highly recommend this company and I appreciate Jonathan help today was a life saver.

German was polite and prompt. However, I feel we were taken advantage of by unrealistically high prices. A new thermostat costs $40 & 10 minutes labor, yet we were charged over $400. When confronted, German said he couldn’t call his office for an explanation on the high labor cost. We will not use this company for any of our houses.
