Ron came the same day to fix our problem, even though it was after 5. He persevered until he found the source of the back-up and fixed it. He was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely use Snyder again.

I purchased the maintenance plan with Snyder in December and part of it is the emergency fee being waived with the promise of emergency service. I had an issue in June and called them only to be told that emergencies are only when the AC is out. Living in Florida I could totally see that and understand it - no problem. Yesterday I came home to my AC being out, I called Snyder and was told that they had no APPOINTMENTS and I had to wait until the next day for service. Remind you, it was 90 degrees outside and in my house! The part that I do not understand is that my AC was completely out but now I am not an emergency. Remind you my call was placed around 5 p.m!! I will not use Synder again!! Total ripoff

They came the same day and gave me an estimate. So far I’m happy. Hopefully the work will be completed and I’ll remain happy. The work was completed and the bill matched the estimate. They worked cleanly with drop clothes and cut my ceiling and walls only where necessary. A very professional installation. With the correct gauge wire and breakers, I have no concerns about issues later on. Thank you Snyder Electric. Sean was my technician and he identified and corrected minor issues that I wasn’t even aware of. Thank you !

A/c went out a noon called around 1pm the tech Joe arrived about 430 A/C running great by 5pm. Very happy with service, professionalism and promtness

Josh, my technician from Snyder A/C was the best. He thoroughly explained everything to me using pictures to make sure I understood. He was very polite and professional. I hope on my next scheduled maintenance appointment that he will be the technician that comes back.
