I meant to write this review last week, when I received the service, then life caught up, so here we go. I had a plumbing problem, and started calling all of the plumbers in town (its a small town) and all were either busy, only accept contact work, or did not want to do my job. So I started looking further out, and calling companies. I happened upon Snyder, I tried to call them, they did not answer, a few moments later, a young lady (Brianna) called me back, I was simply shocked. Nonetheless they were able to provide me the service I needed. With in about an hour, maybe too, this smiling and joyful young man showed up at my place. Enter Johny. This young man was an absolute joy to work with, he did the repairs, cleaned up the area, better than it was on his arrival, and did no less than a fine job. Brianna and Johny, the folks I worked with were caring, considerate, understanding and simply put helpful. Their business acumen throughout this whole experience was beyond reproach and a real delight to work with. These guys care, they care about the service they offer, they care about the customers they service and most importantly care about the customers they service. Rest assured if I need or have future plumbing or AC needs, Team Synder will be my first and only call. Thank you very much for a great experience in times of distress.
