I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Dasher today! He came out to do our semi-annual maintenance. He is professional and so kind. He cleaned and inspected. I agreed to replace the old capacitor and he took care of it right away. Thank you Ryan! This family is glad you came out today!

Josh was punctual. He introduced himself and explained what was included in the maintenance of my hvac. He was very thorough. He answered my questions in a way that I could understand. He made me aware of the buildup of mold and mildew. He explained the various methods that can be used to eliminate/minimize the mold. He explained the cost of each. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the hvac. He could be teaching trainees. He's that good. He also has a personality that gives the customer(me) confidence in his workmanship. I plan on requesting him for all of my maintenance work

I wish I could give Snyder zero stars. I typically do not post negative reviews. However, the service technician showed up and quoted 650 to cap lines for two bathroom sinks. He also seemed to be looking for other stuff to fix. It was an upscale experience. The tech was nice. But the quote was obscenely high. I called another plumber who charged less than half.
