We arrived at our second home on Amelia Island to find our tankless water heater inoperable. Of course, we picked one of the coldest weeks to escape the snow and cold back home. A quick trip to S. Fla. to visit relatives gave us the opportunity to take some warm showers but we really wanted to have things working when we returned back to the cold and we decided to take a chance on Snyder. Glad we did! It took a combination of the plumbing and electrical department to diagnose and repair our water heater. Marty (electrician), Kat and Cheyanne (i.e., the plumbers) were all GREAT. I knew whoever we called would get the job done, but the experience with Snyder and in particular the three of you blew us away as far as expectations. The company has a great system for scheduling, confirming and keeping the customer advised of status. The quality of the people (personality, politeness and instilling a feeling of confidence that the work would be done correctly) was amazing. Marty had to add us to his schedule and we really appreciated the “same day” vs. “I can get there tomorrow” response to our needs. The pricing was also very reasonable and fair. For all of the driving, time and effort expended on our behalf, I expected a higher final bill. I also enjoyed just chatting with everyone involved from the moment each person arrived at my home until they left. So, bottom line: We are very pleased to give Snyder our complete and highest endorsement. In fact, we are already planning on calling you guys back out to do a check on our AC unit and I plan to call Snyder for plumbing help again once I have purchased a high end water treatment system for our house. I've done that type of work myself before, but Snyder is just too good for me to not just let the pros handle this one. Thanks again!!!
