He did a wonderful job—from the installation itself to setting up the system, adding it to my iPhone, and walking me through how to use it. He was courteous, professional, and even thoughtful toward my four-legged son, which meant a lot. I truly appreciate the quality of work completed and the care he showed throughout the visit. I’m absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Snyder, starting at 9:30 PM last night when my A/C went out! I had the pleasure of speaking with Rosemary, who quickly scheduled Jason to come out the next day to troubleshoot. Jason exceeded my expectations—he was not only on time but early, and he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the main issue, explained potential future concerns, and offered several clear solutions. I’m now looking forward to having the techs out tomorrow to upgrade our A/C system. This will help us stay better prepared for the long summer ahead—and avoid any more hot nights like last night!
