I meant to write this review last week, when I received the service, then life caught up, so here we go. I had a plumbing problem, and started calling all of the plumbers in town (its a small town) and all were either busy, only accept contact work, or did not want to do my job. So I started looking further out, and calling companies. I happened upon Snyder, I tried to call them, they did not answer, a few moments later, a young lady (Brianna) called me back, I was simply shocked. Nonetheless they were able to provide me the service I needed. With in about an hour, maybe too, this smiling and joyful young man showed up at my place. Enter Johny. This young man was an absolute joy to work with, he did the repairs, cleaned up the area, better than it was on his arrival, and did no less than a fine job. Brianna and Johny, the folks I worked with were caring, considerate, understanding and simply put helpful. Their business acumen throughout this whole experience was beyond reproach and a real delight to work with. These guys care, they care about the service they offer, they care about the customers they service and most importantly care about the customers they service. Rest assured if I need or have future plumbing or AC needs, Team Synder will be my first and only call. Thank you very much for a great experience in times of distress.

Allonzo & Dino were polite & did an excellent job of checking out our plumbing & explaining what the problems could be & how they could be fixed. We were shown quotes & products that could be installed the next day, if we chose to do so. Very happy with their service so far!

Very friendly and treated me and my family with respect. Only down side is that he had to reschedule with another tech because he didn't have the machine he needed. He was very knowledgeable and had a few recommendations to help prevent our problem in the future. The second tech that came out Eric did a fantastic job got our tub unclogged in no time. Highly recommend Snyder Air Conditioning! We've had an ongoing issue with our a/c unit spewing bad-smelling air into our home. It's a tough thing to figure out because it doesn't happen all the time, particularly when the technicians are there. But Savannah with Snyder was AWESOME! Isiah was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain the probable causes behind the leak in our water filter system and told us what he was going to do to fix it and why. Our water filter system is older, so he told us some things to watch out for and gave us some options to replace it when we're ready. It was nice that he wasn't pushy about getting a new system.

I often don't post negative things, but this is something everyone needs to be aware of. I had Snyder man come out after we had the deep freeze and my A/C wasn't working correctly. After a diagnosis I was told it would be $3000 - $5000 to fix my AC or I could buy a whole new unit for $19K. I wanted a second opinion so the next day I had sunrise heating and cooling come out and they told me nothing was wrong with my AC and that when the temps get this cold with the moisture it slows down the fan from working properly. 10 days later my AC is working fine and I've called three times for a refund from Snyder man and I keep getting the answer of we're looking into the issue. Do not trust Snyder man. Sunrise heating and cooling told me they could install a new AC for $8K. Snyder man is a con man!

I don’t usually post reviews but I felt it was necessary to hopefully keep people from getting taken advantage of by Snyder. I had them come look at my electrical panel. The technician arrived and said it needed to be replaced. He was quick to provide an estimate. It came in at $4900. I knew this was an inflated estimate. I told him I knew this was too much and had him leave. He said for the pleasure of him giving me this outrageous estimate I would need to pay 100 dollars for this extensive ten minute service call. I did agree to pay to get Snyder off my property. A friend recommended I call American electric. They were able to diagnose the problem, yes I did need the panel replaced. But they would do it for $3250. Well Snyder, how do you justify your price. Everyone who reads this, please don’t call the these scammers. They only plan on ripping you off!

I was provided with a time frame for when the job would be completed, and it was indeed finished within that time frame. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to replace a unit. Daniel Crowder visited our home on Thursday and prepared a proposal to replace our two 22 year old heat pumps. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We accepted and approved the proposal and the next day, Friday, two crews were dispatched to complete the installation. They arrived promptly at 9:00, introduced themselves to me and immediately started the removal of our old equipment. Everyone I met from Snyder were professional and knowledgeable and by 2:30 that afternoon we had two new heat pumps, air handlers, and Digital Thermostats installed and running. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Snyder. (No photos)

Snyder Co - Electrical Work. Snyder Electric installed a 100 AMP circuit in my home to a back yard sub electrical panel with a 50 AMP GFCI, for support of a portable hot tub, possible future patio kitchen, other misc. The electric circuit works fine. Their work is severely lacking in quality control of electrical work and conduit install and electrical sub panel installation. Taking off points for really low quality appearance (pics) and lack of follow up with customer. The installation job, appearance wise, has all the other electricians I have since asked for quotes doing belly laughs and taking pics. It does look like the last part of a horse going over the fence! Even the 4X4 is cut crooked. SEE PICS In hindsight, I wish I spent some time getting prices but, I fell for the cool trucks and commercials! I also wish Snyder supervised their crews or did some follow up. I wasn't around for their work but, it was supposed to have been buried, among other things. The community benefits in that there are now a number of electricians that feature some glossy photos of Snyder's work for sales purposes!

Amazing service and punctuality. Very courteous and respectful team of members that did the inspection and installation for my new 3 ton and 2 ton installs. They added all the bells and whistles and redid the supply lines and swapped in new ducting. No mess was made - they removed the old units and had the entire job complete in just 2 days. I would highly highly recommend Robert, Devin, Chaz, Anthony, and the inspection and scope technician Clinton. Great team of guys and excellent quality air since the install.

Overall, the plumber was good and knowledgeable. However: was running behind on the 10am-2pm appointment window and I didn’t receive a call until 2:45 that they were going to be there in about a half hour. Luckily I didn’t have much going on that day. I laid out the 3 issues that were all in my master bath, figured they’d be relatively easy fixes. His and her sinks were having some minor leakage underneath, master toilet supply line had a minor leak, and master shower wasn’t getting hot like it used to. Immediately he said the sink issues were most likely the supply valves and needed to be replaced. Said that would be about $500, which seemed way more than I’d think. Next issue was just the supply line to the master toilet needed a better quality one. $65 for the new supply line. Then the shower cartridge needed to have a small manufacturer setting adjustment. He did that adjustment for free, but said a new cartridge and install would be $650 (I had just replaced it for $30 at Home Depot). Then pointed out that the p trap needed to be replaced, $200 for that. All said and done: $760 for a little over an hour of work. Kicker was that I noticed one of the sinks were still leaking that same evening. Called back the next day and was told it is probably just the faucet that needed to be replaced. I had already bought 2 new faucets just in case that was the issue so they’d be able to replace them for me. Was quoted $420 PER FAUCET to be installed. Must be some crazy labor charges since I was supplying the hardware. I thought that was outrageous, and installed them both myself in less than an hour. That’s what really fixed the leak issue. Nice people but just way overpriced in my opinion.

We called and they sent an electrician the same day. I was serviced by Marty, he was so professional and respectful of our house and our dog. He produced a clear quote for me and then fixed everything we needed very quickly. I was also looking for permanent lighting and he got pictures and our info for their team so I could get a quick quote. We will work with them again. Hopefully we get to be serviced by Marty in the future. Would highly recommend.
