Hunter was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. His work even impressed our facilities manager, who is notoriously hard to impress. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. There was definitely some sticker shock, but the work was impressive. We didn't have to send our janitorial staff in after the work was completed because he left the space immaculate. We have very clean restrooms so him leaving it better than how he found it was outstanding!

Dominick beyond exceeded expectations! He was professional, efficient and great at communicating what was needed and what was happening. He completely replaced my breaker box and threw a 50 amp line to my backyard. He stood within his projected timeframe. My only complaint would be he works too hard and I don’t think I even saw him blink or take a break. He thoroughly explained what everything was in a way I could understand without feeling dumb. He even cleaned up after himself, I expected dust or residue left because it was a large job and there was no clean up. I would not only recommend Snyder I would enthusiastically recommend him.

My experience with Snyder Plumbing is truly the best experience I’ve ever had as a homeowner dealing with plumbing issues in 40 years of Home Ownership! The staff is extremely well trained, and very professional, who work hard to give you the best deal possible. Tony Bravo did the most thorough plumbing inspection (Which I highly recommend on older homes!), followed up by very knowledgeable repairs performed by Sam Marshall. Finally have new shut off valves that replaced rusted, stuck valves that caused unnoticeable slow drips behind that majorly damaged many of my cabinets! In addition, added access to shower controls that were not functioning properly by providing access through a closet. These are just a few of the problems which they provided remedies to. It feels good to know there are no more running toilets, dripping, showerheads, or slow leaking bathtubs or sinks. Everything was performed at a reasonable cost as a valued customer with the Snyder Family Plan. I would highly recommend this company to everyone with no reservations!

Snyder did amazing from the phone call to sending Randy to my house to handle my ac issues and boy oh boy do I have issues but I feel comfortable Snyder Air and Bryce have me on the correct path for better air quality, they installed a uv light and a starter pack for capacitor highly recommend.. I wanted professional and I got professional, thanks Snyder team and Randy for rebuilding my shower / tub valves thanks to them finally no more dripping faucets and bye bye to the potential flood if not fixed in time .. thanks for making us feel like we picked the right place couldn't ask for better service and professional. My house requires to have the fuse box to changed to a breaker box and complete rewiring to meet code. The job was lengthy and in my option very very challenging. I called and requested estimates for electrical and plumbing work. The person who answered was friendly and helpful and was able to get me in the schedule the same day for both. They send pictures of the people coming to your house for your appointment. I loved this added touch and it provided a level of reassurance when having to invite people into your house that are strangers. Isaiah for some electrical work we need to have done. Amos for some plumbing work. Both were very professional and provided excellent information about the entire process. They explained why things are required and answered every question we had. They also mentioned we can bundle our work estimate for a better price and let us know that financing is available. We will be moving forward with the work we just need to decide on option that works best for us.

About a year ago we chose Snyder, based on reputation, to replace our entire AC system. When they were finished, and we had shelled out over $20k, we were surprised to find we were left with an unsightly hole in our ceiling (photo 1) Snyder had chosen a smaller 24x24” size vent to replace our original larger sized vent without telling us. We initially thought this was something they would fix, and the job wasn’t done, but after calling we learn that we are expected to hire a drywall person to fill the holes they left behind. Eventually we get our trusted drywall guy out to take a look, and he says he can’t patch it. The frame and filter Snyder installed wasn’t even close to flush with our ceiling. We had to get Snyder back out to fix their initial job. After sending three technicians, the first of which was wildly unprofessional and kept complaining about what a terrible job they had done, then proceeded to do nothing himself, Snyder ‘repaired’ their initial job. The filter did seem to be sitting flush with the ceiling, so we called our drywall guy back, and he got to work. After 6 hours of work he goes to put our filter back in the ceiling he repaired only to find that it won’t fit. The metal frame Snyder built for the duct is 24x24x24x23” (photos 3&4) It’s not even a square. It’s then when we notice Snyder botched the register, cutting a chunk out of the frame so it would bend to fit into their trapezoid (photo 2) Now I’ve got a frustrated drywall guy who wants to be paid, a gaping hole in my ceiling that won’t fit a register, and Snyder telling me I’m outside the 30 day guarantee for the work they did to repair the garbage initial job they did of leaving a big hole in my ceiling to start with. I’m sure these guys can repair your AC unit if it stops working or whatever, but they clearly do not know what they are doing when it comes to system installation. Majorly regret choosing them for such an important job.

Hunter arrived this morning to pressure wash the kitchen sink drain line, he explained what and why he was preforming each step of the process. Hunter took care of the problem in a extremely professional manner ,explained the problem with the piping system. No BS either, got the straight answer and felt comfortable with making the decision for a full plumbing replacement to include a water heater and water softener. This is the first time I used their service (electrical). I was very pleased and impressed. The day for the electrician to arrive, I received a text message, that included a picture of the electrician, to advise me that he was in his way. About 20 minutes later, I received a telephone call from the electrician advising the approximate time if his arrival to my home. When he arrived, he covered his shoes so he would not soil my carpet. The electrician had a very good attitude, identified my problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. Clearly explained all the other services the company provides. I will use their services again. Today is October 21, 2024- The service provided by the technician was excellent. Very pleased with his services. He reconnected my chandelier in my dining room and placed the crystals om the chandelier. I truly did not expect that he would replace the crystals. My chandelier looks beautiful. He was very patient in doing what he had to do. I'm deeply appreciate his excellent service. I believe he is a valued employee and cares about the type service he provides the customer.

When I arrived home from work the Snyder pros were finishing up. They cleaned up and took away all remnants of the old system. The guys were great! Shawn was wonderful. He's kind and courteous. He's professional and doesn't mind taking you every step of the way with him. Can't thank Snyder enough!! The Technician came out (100.00) did a trouble shoot with my system and determined that the controller on my motor was shot.... He said he had one on his truck for 1,000.00 I said nah. I purchased the part for 275.00 put it on the motor and my AC unit runs like a champ (talk about mark-up). I was interested in replacing the unit Snyder gave me an estimate for 12K for 1.5 TON. all I can say is OUCH!!! I had the main house unit replaced 2 months ago with a higher end unit, and it was a 3 TON for that much.... I know it's getting close to Christmas... but Daaaang... anyway, got it done!!! thanks Snyder!!!

While Snyder is the more expensive option compared to other companies, the 0% interest and urgency to get the work done really sold it for me. I'm really excited to have them back next week and look forward to seeing their quality of work and repairs! Update: I received repairs on my entire duct work system in less than 3 hours. There were 4 gentleman that came to do the work and they were very professional, speedy, and efficient. The only downside to getting work done this time of year is how prevalent mosquito activity is, and about 3-4 dozen got in the house from the door being propped open. This isn’t a fault on the crew, but more of a warning to others getting similar work done in mid-September! Be prepared to deal with the critters that get inside while work is being done. I so appreciate how quick they were and that my home never went over 75 degrees. I was expecting the house to get hot and the unit to be off. I was very pleased with my comfortability while they worked. Excellent job Snyder!

Very expensive and issue was not resolved. I had a thermostat that was not getting any power. The breakers checked good and the air handler had no obvious issues. The float switch was fine. The technician came out and determined that the thermostat was malfunctioning. He had two replacement options available to buy directly from him (Snyder), but both were marked up over 2x their retail price, or hundreds of dollars more expensive. What’s worse was that they do not carry a thermostat just for troubleshooting, only ones for sale. I declined and sent him on his way. I had a different company come out and they found the real issue in 30 minutes (wire was shorting due to heavy rainfall) and this technician didn’t charge anything for the trouble. Snyder charges $100 for the technician to walk through your door and more every 30 minutes. I want to be clear that the technician, while misdiagnosing the issue, was very professional and honest. The real issue lies with the company policies and I recommend finding smaller companies that have not been bought out by larger ones.

This is additional from work done by Snyder on August 6, 2024. First, I’m thankful Snyder gave an immediate response after contacting them about my water heater yesterday. They sent a plumbing expert, Chris, to evaluate it and its condition was worse than expected. Chris was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the condition and risks of not replacing this water heater. It was also 22 years in service. I thought I would have to wait a few days but Chris said it could be done today. Yep! I signed the bottom line with no regrets. Chris left for a bit and came back to the house with the new water heater and it took around two hours to get the job completed, with no setbacks. Chris cares about the customer and in watching him, he’s very thorough on each step in the project. Our conversations were great and I was very happy with the job when it was completed. Snyder is blessed to have this excellent plumber on their team. I’ll join the many who give five star reviews to Snyder ACPE. Having an entire system replacement, new duct work (along with new installation to come, all four of my engagements with Snyder representatives and technicians have been outstanding thus far. The team that worked on my house included the team leader Curtis, followed by Joe, Dominic and Kyle. They got the entire job to which they were assigned (removing and replacing the air intake and main HVAC system, along with tearing out and installing the duct work in the attic) completed same-day. We only had one glitch during the day that set things back a little but it was no fault of the team. Still have the installation to be installed but thus far it’s been a very good experience to work with Snyder. Along with Curtis and his crew, I do want to mention Forrest and Amy who both did initial inspections and helped plan the operation to fix the system. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was great to engage with service reps explain things clearly to you and listen closely to your questions - and the tech installers didn’t seem to mind being bugged in the middle of their work - just don’t do that too often! It was a good day and so far all systems running soundly and smoothly! I’m adding to a job two days later from Devin and Justin. Their work on the insulation and concern and respect for me as a customer was outstanding. I appreciate that they made me aware of their concerns in my attic- things that may need attention down the road. Appreciate all their support and effort.
