The technician was great but no fix was performed and we got charged for a diagnostic fee without any estimates. Another technician showed up Monday and diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for no charge. I understand the dispatch fee for a Sunday but not happy about the extra diagnostic fee instead of an estimate.

If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly. 5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago. 7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh. 8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes. Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.

Noah Dykes was friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to the routine HVAC maintenance, he took care of an electrical problem which we didn’t know about.

I needed help on a Saturday and had no choice. My tech was David who was fast and efficient. I liked him. He seemed knowledgeable. So glad he was available + so fast. Maybe you need a discount for 1st timers and seniors, I am 83. If 5 stars is the best I give him 4 stars.

Steve arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing at each step and had all required tools, etc. Installation was completed in a timely manner and the invoicing was handled promptly. We will continue to utilize Snyder Air Conditioning for our future electrical needs.

Most important my home is cool again and me and my dogs are happy🙏💕Thank you Aiden! (Only he didn’t show up in a Snider man outfit, lol)

This is my third interaction with Snyder heating and air. David was prompt and called prior to his arrival time. He was very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. He explained our options and was quick to provide us service. He made sure to check the entire system, not just the repair that he had to make. My only concern was having to pay/rent a temp motor until an original factory motor was ordered and sent. I feel this should fall parts warranty. I’m not sure if the temporary motor is reused or sent back to the manufacturer. True I could have chosen to just wait for the original part, but in 90 plus heat with a work from home job, animals and children this really was no choice at all. I wish the company would issue some type of credit upon the return of the temporary motor with the installation of the manufacturer’s approved part. Again let me say David was fantastic and overall I am satisfied. I am a second generation Snyder customer and it just seems like a little bit of price gouging for the use of the temporary motor. Please take this into consideration. Your loyal customer Robert Van Dyke.

Our tech Martin Ebanks, was professional, friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The only negative comment has nothing to do with Martin but I feel each time they come out, they are always recommending a new service and the price seems high after I check to see how much the parts cost.

Bryce did a fantastic job getting one of the head units of our whole house mini split system back up and working properly. He was very polite and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I give him 5 stars for a job well done. However, I have to give Snyder 4 stars on pricing. Our mini split system was expensive and only about a year old. To have a $500+ bill today seems a bit excessive.

A gentleman by the name of Chris was such a professional who was very personable and understanding. I would recommend Snyder, however he could not match or beat several competitors companies. I will continue to comp shop. Otherwise they had the best offer.

Tom called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived before my appointment time. He quickly assessed the problem. He told and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He called and ordered the parts. The parts were available this afternoon. He left and picked up the parts; he let me know when he was back; and quickly replaced the necessary parts and rechecked everything to make sure everything was working properly. He was efficient and courteous.

Tony gave me a call 2 hours early to see if he could come now, since he just finished a job about 5 miles away. I was very grateful. I had a schedule conflict and he just unknowingly solved it!!! Showed up very professional, had a great personality!! Checked everything out, Showed me the capacitor was reading slightly low. Had plenty of experience with capacitors going out at the most inopportuned time. He changed it out in about 5 minutes. Tony was very respectful of my wife working from home and my animals. It was the best decision I've made letting Snyder install my AC and keep up with the preventive maintenance.

Did a routine maintenance/cleaning on AC system. Cleaned mold and provided a discount. Recommended other services but declined. Biggest issue was the emergency shut off valve was left hanging out of the appropriate spot and the wire that goes inside isn’t long enough to pull unless the entire front cover is removed.

Roger, our technician, was great—super friendly, professional, and really thorough. Honestly, he made the whole experience easy and stress-free once he got here. The reason it’s not a five-star review is because the original appointment was set for Monday morning, and… well, nobody showed up. I got a couple of texts saying they were running late, but no real updates or ETA. Eventually had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. I get that delays happen, but it’s a little frustrating to block out half a day, put errands on hold, and then end up with an empty driveway. That said, once things got back on track, Roger totally delivered.

Hunter was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. His work even impressed our facilities manager, who is notoriously hard to impress. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. There was definitely some sticker shock, but the work was impressive. We didn't have to send our janitorial staff in after the work was completed because he left the space immaculate. We have very clean restrooms so him leaving it better than how he found it was outstanding!

The estimate from Josh Kimball provided was excellent! What a humble guy he is and most important his honesty. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. And provided advise and recommendation all of my electrical issues. I will definitely use Him to do my electrical work in my home anytime.
