The Young technician knew what he was talking about and explained everything in detail to me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Made me feel very comfortable and made me very confident in what was going on. Very much appreciated his time and patience with me because I know nothing about Plumbing. Ac tech came out on December 5th to service systems. He found an issue and was going to order replacement parts. He called and said something about the parts not being available. Since that time I have texted with the company asking for someone to call back to explain the issue. Multiple times I was told someone would call but nobody has. I think taking over 20 days to call is inexcusable. Time to find another provider. Sad part is that Snyder bought out the company who installed my new ACs. The other company never gave me this type of customer no-service.

Electrician -John- exemplifies the super hero service of a real Snyderman not only arriving on less than 12 hrs emergency call response on an early Sunday morning with a big smile and super quick resolution to our downstairs power outage/ circuit breaker debacle- he wowed our family surprising us with a super kind gesture stopping by on his way to our home and picking up a cup of coffee from the nearby mini mart only hearing we couldn't brew our own this morning because of the electricity being out! What better combo is there?! ☕️ +⚡️Give this man a promotion!
