Very friendly and treated me and my family with respect. Only down side is that he had to reschedule with another tech because he didn't have the machine he needed. He was very knowledgeable and had a few recommendations to help prevent our problem in the future. The second tech that came out Eric did a fantastic job got our tub unclogged in no time. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

From the start, there is no pressure, they are professional, gracious, and clearly have the expertise for the job. They provided clear explanations and photos for each step of the process. Call a local technician in your area, not a generic 'do it all' company like Snyder. Technician was not confidence inspiring, spent the entirety of the time on the phone with another technician running him through the steps, and the quote from Snyder was four times higher than the local company we hired to do the same work.
