Daniel Crowder visited our home on Thursday and prepared a proposal to replace our two 22 year old heat pumps. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We accepted and approved the proposal and the next day, Friday, two crews were dispatched to complete the installation. They arrived promptly at 9:00, introduced themselves to me and immediately started the removal of our old equipment. Everyone I met from Snyder were professional and knowledgeable and by 2:30 that afternoon we had two new heat pumps, air handlers, and Digital Thermostats installed and running. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Snyder. (No photos)

My a/c froze up and it is an old unit but I was worried I wouldn’t get anyone to be able to come out today. Tom McGaughey came out and explained everything to me and the problems. He explained the age of the unit and got it to work. Also, Tom was able to get in contact with the company and is sending another co-worker out for later tonight to explain options and coats with me. He did a great job of being thorough and honest. Also explaining and signing me up for a maintenance program. Thank you Tom! Definitely recommend

Woke up to a burned rubber smell. Called Synder after FD could not locate source. Called Synder right after & Rashad Forcine came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very easy to understand and was determined to find the problem & found solutions fast! He really knows his stuff! Pricing was not outrageous that I've experienced with other companies price gauging. I recommend Rashad with Synder!

We had a constant dripping coming from behind the shower wall and the only access panel was a 9" square cutout in the adjacent bedroom closet back wall, which was virtually worthless in this situation. The water was affecting the items in the closet as well, so we had to act fast. Fast. Living here for about 14 years, I knew Snyder as a highly reputable company to call on, and so we did just that. They dispatched Trey Cassidy, who did an absolutely phenomenal job for us! He assessed and explained the extent of the issue, gave us two different ways of going about repairing it, and was meticulous in doing the repair. He is exceptional at what he does, and we already have plans to bring him back right after the new year to help us with replacing the faucet and spout on the master bathroom's deep tub. We couldn't be happier having made the decision to reach out to Snyder and Trey. We will be keeping their number on speed dial for sure.
