I don’t usually post reviews but I felt it was necessary to hopefully keep people from getting taken advantage of by Snyder. I had them come look at my electrical panel. The technician arrived and said it needed to be replaced. He was quick to provide an estimate. It came in at $4900. I knew this was an inflated estimate. I told him I knew this was too much and had him leave. He said for the pleasure of him giving me this outrageous estimate I would need to pay 100 dollars for this extensive ten minute service call. I did agree to pay to get Snyder off my property. A friend recommended I call American electric. They were able to diagnose the problem, yes I did need the panel replaced. But they would do it for $3250. Well Snyder, how do you justify your price. Everyone who reads this, please don’t call the these scammers. They only plan on ripping you off!

We called Snyder on a Friday morning for a repair/installation visit and was pleasantly surprised to have someone available to come out later that morning. The technician, Kat Lindsey, arrived as scheduled. I explained what needed to be done and she got right to work. The fixture we needed installed however (new kitchen sink faucet) wouldn’t operate properly in spite of Kat’s efforts to get it to work. She was gracious enough to wait while I ran to the store to purchase a new fixture and installed it in quick order. She was obviously skilled at her profession, friendly, polite, and even tolerated our curious dachshund. We would definitely have her back for future work. Thanks for a great experience, Kat!

Great job, friendly, professional and helpful. By the time Josh left it was almost 7pm and he was family. He completely drained and cleaned our AC system, added a new capacitor, removed fan and scrubbed the blades (see pic) added a clean catch pan and added a new AV light. Snyder not cheap but always find valuable staff to insure an easy and complete visit. Reupped for the “Snyder Family Plan”. Feel very competent we are set for a cool summer. Ladies in office that schedule visits also a plus. Thx again
