Snyder A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical and Mr. Phillip Carter. We had some trouble with our upstairs AC unit, called Snyder A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical. Mr. Phillip Carter came to our home late in the afternoon and we were more than likely his last call on a Friday afternoon. Phillip was very professional, put on little bootie's before he came into the house, and was very helpful. Within about five minutes, he had the AC fixed on our upstairs unit. The AC capacitor was bad, replaced, and back on in record time! Phillip also spent a great deal of time, even though it was Friday and he could have been heading home, making various recommendations based on his experience with AC units. Phillip's recommendations will help in maintain the unit and avoid future problems. Phillip is very knowledgeable, took photographs of everything he did, and his effort was greatly appreciated!

I wish I could give Snyder zero stars. I typically do not post negative reviews. However, the service technician showed up and quoted 650 to cap lines for two bathroom sinks. He also seemed to be looking for other stuff to fix. It was an upscale experience. The tech was nice. But the quote was obscenely high. I called another plumber who charged less than half.

Unfortunately our HVAC unit, which was was installed by another company not Snyder, leaked water that flooded into the garage and home. Not only did David fix the issue he gave a detailed description of what caused the issue and how it was repaired. Futhermore he provided helpful restoration and prevention recommendations. Lastly he was kind enough to relay all pertinent information to the insurance adjusters present so as not to let anything be lost in translation by me the customer making this ordeal a bit easier to process. David's professionalism and politeness was just the cherry on the cake. We would prefer David to be our point person on all things HVAC and will definitely be recommending him and Snyder to friends and family.

Our electrician, Aiden was on time and communicated where he was and when he would arrive. He hooked up a hot tub for us. Complete job from the power box in the garage , through the attic 50ft outside by the pool and did a masterful job. Tony is one of the best techs EVER! Super Expert, extremely courteous and friendly, and went through everything with us so that we understood the inspection. my appointment time frame was from 8 AM to 10 AM in the morning. At 9 AM I received a call letting me know the technician would be late. I appreciated the dispatch reaching out. My new timeframe was 10 AM to 2 PM. . He called ahead to let us know he was coming and about 30 minutes later he was there. He took a look at our problem. made an assessment and set up for a replacement of a toilet Additionally, he did the walk around of the houses plumbing and let us know of any other potential issues. He was very courteous and informativeand did not try to press a hard cell on any additional work that could be done in a 30 Year old home.

The rating has nothing to do with the Tech, but the company and how much they charge people for work to be done. I had to have a handle and cartridge replaced on my bath tub. Due to previous owner rigging it up , the screw had to be drilled out, which caused damage to the cartridge. The amount i had to pay to fix it was astronomical. I will never ever due business with this company ever again. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. As for the tech he was very professional and polite. I feel sorry for the Techs that work for such a company as this one.

Lindsey of Snyder Air Conditioning performed maintenance on my air conditioner unit today. As in the past, she was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about the status of my unit. She summarized for me all of the prominent points of the maintenance service in an easy to understand way and made suggestions going forward for keeping the unit in pristine condition. You can't ask for more from a technician. I am always glad when I open the door for the service call and see Lindsey there.

This is the first time I have used their plumbing services. My plumber was Eric Walden. Eric was courteous, efficient and did a wonderful job. I especially appreciated how he cleaned up after the job was done. If I have any other plumbing needs, I would definitely ask for him.

Steve Hall at Snyder Plumbing came to replace my hot water heater on a holiday weekend. He also consulted me on another plumbing problem and we set up another service call. He was polite, positive, and professional. I am very grateful to have my plumbing repaired in time for Christmas! Steve came back after Christmas to do a fairly extensive shower repair. He did a fabulous job creating a system that accommodated my requests and was always upbeat and helpful when trying to figure out what would work. The tile repair job that was involved was beautifully done. I am thrilled with the result! Chris came over to restore hot water to my bathroom shower. Not only did he fix the problem, but he gave me lots of information regarding other plumbing issues in the house. I am very happy with the results!

I purchased a brand-new AC unit from Snyder just a year ago, and it has already broken down. My husband reached out for a repair 15 days ago, and they have yet to fix it. The lack of urgency and customer service is beyond frustrating, especially given the high cost of a new unit. We expected better reliability and service, but instead, we’ve been left with no AC and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable product or service.

They worked cleanly with drop clothes and cut my ceiling and walls only where necessary. A very professional installation. Kadarryl did a fantastic job troubleshooting my system that had only been installed by Snyder a couple months ago. He was courteous, efficient and did a great job answering my questions. He was able to locate the issue (a severed thermostat wire in the ceiling due to an electrician installing new lightning) and repair it. He photo documented his findings and his work. He also did his best to rectify the poor installation work performed by the previous Snyder crew - see pictures. As you can see, interior the unit, the power wires were routed up through a hole in the sheet metal, and bypassed the rubber grommet that is protecting the other wires from damage. Over time and with the inevitable vibration, these wires could have shorted. Kadarryl added putty around all the wires and in the hole as a stopgap measure. In my opinion there should be a proper sized grommet to handle all the wires, or the power wires should enter the unit from a location ABOVE the sheet metal. Overall, the system had not been installed correctly and was done in a way that most customers would not see until any warranty had expired. Kadarryl has provided a temporary fix. Unfortunately the old adage still applies: “You get what you inspect, not what you expect.”
