In my wife we really appreciate his honesty and overall knowledge of the type of unit that we have we will be purchasing a new unit from your company. Because of Mr. Keith lknowledge of both of the situation what was wrong. The unit was very old and time for replacement. Keep up the good work mr Keith thank you very much and go army. Also mr Keith let us know we qualify for the military discount. Today is August 3rd mr Zach Moore came out install me a brand new water heater. You didn't wonderful and professional job. Tom called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived before my appointment time. He quickly assessed the problem. He told and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He called and ordered the parts. The parts were available this afternoon. He left and picked up the parts; he let me know when he was back; and quickly replaced the necessary parts and rechecked everything to make sure everything was working properly. He was efficient and courteous.

A very satisfied customer…. A/C went out on a Saturday night at 9pm. I called Snyder’s emergency service and a technician was at my home before 9am the following morning. The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained and showed me the issues. The unit was repaired in under an hour.

Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved. The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically. He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board. Extremely, extremely good experience! I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!
