Our heater went out in the middle of the night during the recent freeze (2026). Next morning I called around to a few places to see who could come out to fix it. Everyone said tomorrow. Except Snyder. They were slammed due to the freeze, but they had someone out at 6pm that same day, with the Diagnostic Fee waved. The Technician, Stephen Hammett, was just as incredible. He spent an hour and a half rewiring the board of our Heat Pump, as the strips and refrigeration unit were not working together. He then helped look in the attic at the ductwork and answered all of my detailed questions effortlessly and enthusiastically. He most definitely went above and beyond, and then after all that, he only charged us for the maintenance of rewiring the board. Extremely, extremely good experience! I proceeded to purchase their yearly maintenance plan because of the way Stephen explained it, answered my probing questions about it, and the outstanding service all around, from the time I called the dispatcher that day, until Stephen was finished fixing our unit. From this experience, I can see why their mascot is a superhero. They definitely saved our day! Thanks Snyder!

He was kind, professional, and made sure I received a military discount. What really stood out was how hard he pushed to get everything fixed today instead of leaving me without power overnight. It was one of the coldest days we’ve had he even said it felt colder inside my house than outside and he made sure I wasn’t stuck like that. We called Snyder on a Friday morning for a repair/installation visit and was pleasantly surprised to have someone available to come out later that morning. The technician, Kat Lindsey, arrived as scheduled. I explained what needed to be done and she got right to work. The fixture we needed installed however (new kitchen sink faucet) wouldn’t operate properly in spite of Kat’s efforts to get it to work. She was gracious enough to wait while I ran to the store to purchase a new fixture and installed it in quick order. Review 2: Dryer vent cleaning service by Jennifer. Dryer vent was clogged in a big way from previous home owner. The outside vent cap was completely full of lint and was non removable due to how it was installed. Jennifer worked with me to devise a solution that worked out great. I recently had an issue with my home air conditioning system and contacted Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric late in the afternoon. To my surprise and appreciation, they scheduled a service call for the very next morning. Their technician, Savannah, was absolutely outstanding. Savannah arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. She carefully checked the air handler, compressor, and thermostat as part of her troubleshooting process. It turned out that a power surge the previous day had reset the thermostat. Once Savannah reprogrammed it, our system was back up and running perfectly—just like new. It’s rare to see such quick response, expert knowledge, and friendly service all in one visit. I've used Snyder before and have always been pleased but today, they knocked one out of the ballpark - fantastic. It's Friday - 3PM - AC starts blowing hot air. Being deaf, I attempted email scheduling and best I could do was next Tues - not surprised at all by first hot days of Summer have arrived and peak time for AC maintenance. BUT, an hour later, Snyder called - looked like they had something going on and couldn't line anyone up for Tues appointment but if we're home later this afternoon, they could send someone over. They came, they fixed, we're cool again and still amazed by their service and very happy with Snyder.

I meant to write this review last week, when I received the service, then life caught up, so here we go. I had a plumbing problem, and started calling all of the plumbers in town (its a small town) and all were either busy, only accept contact work, or did not want to do my job. So I started looking further out, and calling companies. I happened upon Snyder, I tried to call them, they did not answer, a few moments later, a young lady (Brianna) called me back, I was simply shocked. Nonetheless they were able to provide me the service I needed. With in about an hour, maybe too, this smiling and joyful young man showed up at my place. Enter Johny. This young man was an absolute joy to work with, he did the repairs, cleaned up the area, better than it was on his arrival, and did no less than a fine job. Brianna and Johny, the folks I worked with were caring, considerate, understanding and simply put helpful. Their business acumen throughout this whole experience was beyond reproach and a real delight to work with. These guys care, they care about the service they offer, they care about the customers they service and most importantly care about the customers they service.
