I lost power and thought JEA would handle it, but it turned out to be an issue on my end. Snyder Electric sent out Ricky N., and he was incredible. He was kind, professional, and made sure I received a military discount. What really stood out was how hard he pushed to get everything fixed today instead of leaving me without power overnight. It was one of the coldest days we’ve had he even said it felt colder inside my house than outside and he made sure I wasn’t stuck like that. Ricky got everything back up and running quickly and explained every step. I’m genuinely grateful for the service. Highly recommend Snyder Electric and especially Ricky N.

Snyder's technician Darrell, provided excellent customer service and was very informative and knowledgeable. I like that he contacted his Supervisor to report an issue with my unit. I have always received great customer service and courtesy, from all the Snyder technicians, that come out to service my unit. Definitely no complaints, even when I have to pay when my unit is serviced 😁

I had the absolute pleasure of having Amy C. knock on my door. She was an astute professional with nearly two decades of experience. She explained everything in a manner in which I was able to easily comprehend. She took the time to estimate three solutions for my issue. This really helped me understand what I needed and what EXACTLY I was paying. Afterwards we sat down and discussed the process and steps to move forward with replacing my home’s AC unit. Call Snyder and ask for Amy C., if you want to be taken care of.

The technician was great but no fix was performed and we got charged for a diagnostic fee without any estimates. Another technician showed up Monday and diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for no charge. I understand the dispatch fee for a Sunday but not happy about the extra diagnostic fee instead of an estimate.
