I am provided with excellent added value service and comprehensive review of all problems with my air conditioning system. Do not remove Lindsey from my account. I have been a customer for the past 9 years and my A/C was installed by Air Temp, which is part of Snyder.

Got a call from my tenant that water was backing up in two bathrooms. They had already called lickety split who told them that there was tree root intrusion underneath the slab of the house that resulted in a break in the pipe and that is why there was a blockage (there are no trees around my house). I tried to reach out to lickity split to get more information, and they were not answering the phone. So I called Snyder, who was able to dispatch within a couple hours of my phone call. Trey showed up, was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was stopped up pipes from something that should not have been flushed down the toilet. He was able to quickly remove it and restore drainage back to the house, and was able to reassure us that the piping system was indeed intact and working fine. Solid work! Will call again for future needs.
