Needed my bathroom faucet replaced and the leak fixed, the box store guy kept rescheduling and I needed the leak fixed now. Snyders sent a tech and he told me I bought the wrong faucet, found the garage water shutoff and fixed the leak within an hour. Great service with Allonzo, very professional courteous and helpful.

I would rate no stars if possible. I was informed I would receive a Goodman system and they installed a Carrier system. Installers were unprofessional and one remained on the phone all day so it took forever to install. Also installed the handler and placed the old dust filled filter in it. Just sloppy work. Then when I called the service rep that sold me the $11K system to inform him I was unhappy, he hung up the phone on me.

Savannah, the HVAC Technician, was awesome! She explained each step she took to diagnosis and repair the issue. Arrived on time as well. When my HVAC A/C stopped working, I asked my neighbor who they used and he highly recommended Snyder A/C. Very glad he did. The office staff were able to get me a next day repair appointment. If you're looking for HVAC service and/or a maintenance service plan, give Snyder a call.

Did a routine maintenance/cleaning on AC system. Cleaned mold and provided a discount. Recommended other services but declined. Biggest issue was the emergency shut off valve was left hanging out of the appropriate spot and the wire that goes inside isn’t long enough to pull unless the entire front cover is removed.

UPDATE: Snyder has remedied these issues. To their credit, they take customer feedback very seriously. Thank you, Snyder! My parents have been lifelong customers of this company and loved supporting a local family owned business. However, we have witnessed a marked deterioration of customer service since the business was acquired by another company. What has become clear since then is that customer needs and best interests are no longer a priority, only corporate profit is. Let me share our story: Snyder installed a new hot water heater, electrical panel and water filtration system. These were not cheap. We then began to experience very low water pressure throughout the house. You can’t shower while the dishwasher is going. You can’t brush your teeth if the laundry is running. We asked Snyder to come investigate and were told they won’t come out unless we sign up for their yearly maintenance package. So we did. A Snyder plumber came out, took a quick look, and without conducting any water pressure tests, simply told us we need to replace all our plumbing, even though our plumbing is brand new. My parents are retired and can’t afford that. We were also understandably skeptical. Someone from the city then came out to test the water coming from the street to the house to see if that was the culprit. It was not. The water pressure continued to plummet so we called Snyder again. This time a very honest Snyder plumber came out and admitted that whoever from Snyder that installed the water filtration system cut corners and did not install it correctly. It wasn’t even in the right place. He came up with a plan to remedy the situation, which would require the system to be removed, reinstalled and all the filters to be replaced, but at no cost to us because none of this was our fault. This plumber was then fired. He refused to sell us services or products we didn’t need, and refused to make us pay for the company’s mistake, and he lost his job for it. It has been weeks now and still no resolution. We are shopping for a new local family owned business to support in the hopes they will support us, and just not corporate greed. Shame on you, Snyder. Do better.

The technician called to advise he would arrive late since the tech scheduled for the job did not make it to work. That should have raised a red flag. When the rep showed up, he made the comment that he was not expecting to do the job, and he did not have all the tools he would normally need. That should have been red flag number 2. We should have requested the appointment be rescheduled at that point. Today we notice air blowing in from the bathroom exhaust fan that was installed along with an odor that was not there before. I am guessing the unit was not properly sealed and the insulation was not replaced properly. With the air blowing through we are now scared whether we are breathing in fiberglass insulation from the attic.

From the moment they arrived at the house, Dominick, Kyle, Kevin, and Eric were so professional. They were all very helpful and friendly, even when I kept asking questions. Their expertise was evident during the install, as they handled everything that came up with ease and efficiency. They were very meticulous with their choices, and left no question about anything being done correctly, or without being checked and double checked. As a customer, that is greatly appreciated. I normally don’t write a review but given time I just had to in hopes that someone will read it. A little over a month ago I paid Snyder just shy of $700 to replace a capacitor on my air handler. It’s steep and for people that don’t know this is only a $20 part give or take a few bucks on Amazon. Yes they are fast and did get my A/C working for my tenants since I live out of state. The part that really set me over the edge is the whole time the tech was trying to convince me to get a service plan and to have the coils / ducts cleaned because he said they were extremely dirty. I passed due to knowing I was selling the house in a few months and informed him of this because I can do it all myself. Then RELENTLESSLY he tries calling / texting / and emailing both me and my wife to the point we had to block all forms of contact with him. Something I was firm yet polite with him over the phone initially to begin with. Harassing business tactics is where I draw the line with a company in any situation! Then a few weeks later I visit my house since my tenants moved out and I was LIVID. He put back in a 3 year old filter that my tenants never replaced when there was two more brand new ones beneath it!!!! The house wouldn’t cool below 79 due to that! The new ones can even be seen in the pics he sent us. The evaporator coils took less than a minute to brush the debris off it and that’s me nitpicking being clean. All air ducts were extremely clean for 30+ years old. Funny enough zero pics of the coils on the intake side or the supposed “very dirty ducts” had pictures in the invoice. I cannot express enough that this company doesn’t care about you, they just want to charge 2-3x more than the smaller guys and get you on some type of monthly / yearly fee. You are truly a number to them!

Truly the worst service I’ve ever received or paid for. From the moment Buckhalter joined Snyder I have had 3 canceled scheduled appointments. Today makes number 4. The scheduled appointment is 10-2 pm. After calling at 3pm I was moved back due to delay in prior jobs. At 5pm I called again. Now the estimated time is 11pm. After a very poor conversation the appointment is moved another two days. We pay for maintenance and have had multiple leaks. Poor service top to bottom. Utter regret they hold our AC warranty now after Buckhalter was bought out. Total waste.

He recently cleaned the dryer duct at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. Marcus was punctual, friendly, and explained everything he was doing, which gave me peace of mind. The airflow is noticeably better now, and I feel a lot safer knowing the duct is clear of lint buildup. If you need dryer duct cleaning or any HVAC work, I highly recommend asking for Marcus. Great service from start to finish! We also had a blast listening to my “cleaning the house mix”

My a/c was freezing up and not cooling well. Brian Maldonado came out the same day and took care of the issue (a small leak causing loss of coolant) within a couple of hours. Brian explained what he was doing at every step and answered all the questions I had. This was important to me, the fact that he took the time. I would give Brian a 10 out of 10 and would recommend Snyder A/C for sure!
