Julio and Alexis were phenomenal! We needed a new unit because ours was 14 years old and were skeptical about the amount of money we would be putting out for it, but it was honestly the best decision we have ever made for our new house. Julio and Alexis were finished installing new copper tubing, the new unit, concrete block, air handler, and thermostat in about 4 hours! Amazing work, very knowledgeable and friendly, and consistently paused to allow us time for questions and to show us what they were doing and how to manage our new system. Snyder has wonderful employees. We have never had a bad experience and that is a huge reason as to why we decided to go with them to finance our new system. They gave us a wonderful discount and the new system comes with so many great add ons from Snyder that it was hard to resist. We've already recommended them to our friends who don't currently utilize them.

Great job, friendly, professional and helpful. By the time Josh left it was almost 7pm and he was family. He completely drained and cleaned our AC system, added a new capacitor, removed fan and scrubbed the blades (see pic) added a clean catch pan and added a new AV light. Snyder not cheap but always find valuable staff to insure an easy and complete visit. Reupped for the “Snyder Family Plan”. Feel very competent we are set for a cool summer. Ladies in office that schedule visits also a plus. Thx again

Our technician, Carlton, was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful. He informed us of all options and went over each one in detail so we understood the benefits of the service. We received a diagnosis the same day we called for service and that is huge. Technician has arrived on time. Went to check unit outside. Never came back. Only by calling company next day I have been told what scope of work is needed to be done. Cleaning coils and installation of some kit. 1300 plus $. After asking why is so expensive they offered just to clean coils for 890$. I have called the other company. Ended up paying 250$ for a new breaker installation and cleaning a contact wires. So that was a loose wire cousin breaker to turn off. Have a good day.

Josh Cardona is such a kind and thoughtful guy! As a Deaf person, I really appreciated that he took the time to use accommodations like Siri to type out what he was saying. He clearly explained what was wrong with the AC and what needed to be replaced to keep everything running smoothly. I highly recommend him if you want someone reliable and respectful to take care of your AC!

Zack McLintock is an inspiration. This man goes way beyond the bounds of duty .We called him out on an emergency plumbing disaster. He arrived after a 14 hour day on a sunday and proceeded to repair a most complex fracture with skills that you would expect from a leading surgeon. He completed his task without fuss or complaint. He is a credit to your organisation and although newly arrived from Texas I would not be surprised if he does not finish up running Snyder customer relations. Polite, courteous, extremely professional and knowledgeable. I heartily recommend him to you. He serves you well.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Rosemary, who quickly scheduled Jason to come out the next day to troubleshoot. Jason exceeded my expectations—he was not only on time but early, and he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the main issue, explained potential future concerns, and offered several clear solutions. I was a customer of Buckhalter Air Conditioning for years and received excellent service from them. In May, my ac was blowing cool, not cold air. I called Snyder, who I understand purchased Buckhalter, and the technician added coolant. The ac blew cold for a couple of weeks, then went back to blowing cool, almost warm air. I paid $440.00 for 2 weeks of cold air. I subsequently called a different ac company. The technician added coolant, cleared the drain, and it has been blowing cold air since that visit. They even charged less.

So my AC unit was not working properly…it was hotter inside than out. Jason came out and found that my unit was old, outdated & parts basically for the most part obsolete or very expensive. End up financing a new a/c unit, which thankfully will be installed tomorrow. Jason was super nice, polite & personable. Would definitely recommend Snyder A/C, we have only had good experiences with them. My installers Sny-Charlie & Ryan (the Technicians) were very nice. Cleaned up any mess and explained details of the unit to me. Poor guys had 4 downpours of rain while installing the unit. They did an excellent job! We were able to get an appointment that day, and Jon Reeves was the technician that came. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Tom called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived before my appointment time. He quickly assessed the problem. He told and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He called and ordered the parts. The parts were available this afternoon. He left and picked up the parts; he let me know when he was back; and quickly replaced the necessary parts and rechecked everything to make sure everything was working properly. He was efficient and courteous.

Caleb did my AC maintenance yesterday and was amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly. He went above and beyond to show me what he done and explained how a part in my outside unit was on the brink of failure and could possibly break down causing multiple expensive problems in my unit in the future. He replaced the part then and there and spent extra time doing it as I was his last booking for the day and he could have easily just gone home for the day but he stayed to help make sure this part was replaced so I wouldn’t have more expensive repairs in the future. Tony gave me a call 2 hours early to see if he could come now, since he just finished a job about 5 miles away. I was very grateful. I had a schedule conflict and he just unknowingly solved it!!! Showed up very professional, had a great personality!! Checked everything out, Showed me the capacitor was reading slightly low. Had plenty of experience with capacitors going out at the most inopportuned time. He changed it out in about 5 minutes. Tony was very respectful of my wife working from home and my animals. It was the best decision I've made letting Snyder install my AC and keep up with the preventive maintenance.

He was training a technician new to the company and it was an excellent experience having both of them answer my questions while comfortably doing their jobs.
