Always willing to work with me and give me the best pricing they can for all the work they do. Special shout out to Ryan Lewis, he is amazing and has always been there for us, and has always explain what he was doing, what was wrong and never pressured me into buying or doing any work that I didn’t need or want.

Josh came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained things so it was easy to understand. He did have to leave to grab a part, but it was still finished in good time and everything is working again. I really appreciated how nice he was and the additional tips he gave me. The cost was reasonable as well.

Had a new AC installed in April 2025, in June 2025 the AC started freezing up continuously. Had Snyder come 3 times each time saying nothing is wrong. Finally they figure out they need to order three parts. This was the end of July. It’s now October and they are refusing to even return our calls. $12k system that can’t maintain a temperature under 77 degrees without freezing. Beyond disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would solely based on their lack of communication. Be cautious giving them any work at all.

Just completed my 6 month maintenance and met a terrific young man who was professional, cordial and pleasant! The technician, Jesse Dague, was terrific! He explained all to me in a manner that I could clearly understand and appreciate. I am requesting him for ALL my service visits going forward.

Noah was great! He was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did our service call and completed the two installations with diligence. I will definitely request him if any issues come up with our HVAC system in the future!
