We have had a service contract with Snyder for several years. We have found them to always be dependable and do quality work. The techs are always informative and make sure you understand what needs to be done. They do quality work and stand behind it. Two years ago we had our unit replaced. They were quiet, efficient and clean. We hardly knew they were here. I have recommended Snyder to friends.

I reached out to Snyder to get a second opinion on my A/C that is a year old and had a condenser fan go out. My overall experience was 100% great. Dylan Carter was the technician who came to look at my system. Dylan was a professional and very methodical in his process giving me amplifying information regarding my A/C unit, that I did not otherwise receive from another company. I would recommend working with Snyder over competing A/C companies just from my experience with Dylan. He also got me in touch with his supervisor who was just as involved in the process as he was. I do not have a single issue or negative thing to say about my experience with Snyder! The bar is set very high!

Called for service on Friday morning and was given a time of slot 10am-2pm. They pushed the appointment all day because they are behind schedule. At the end of the day majority of the technicians are sick. They promised to come out 1st thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning is here and now they want to push the appointment again. If you can't perform the job just say that instead of having a customer clingy to hope that you guys are going to show up.

Jason Dailey did a phenomenal job. He recognized a shoddy job from our now former AC Company. He fixed everything in about 30 minutes or less and we couldn't be more pleased. I would recommend JD in a hot minute. Snyder Air is legit!
