⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 STARS I had a fantastic experience with Marcus McKinney from Synder Heating and Air! He recently cleaned the dryer duct at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. Marcus was punctual, friendly, and explained everything he was doing, which gave me peace of mind. The airflow is noticeably better now, and I feel a lot safer knowing the duct is clear of lint buildup. If you need dryer duct cleaning or any HVAC work, I highly recommend asking for Marcus. Great service from start to finish! We also had a blast listening to my “cleaning the house mix”

My a/c was freezing up and not cooling well. Brian Maldonado came out the same day and took care of the issue (a small leak causing loss of coolant) within a couple of hours. Brian explained what he was doing at every step and answered all the questions I had. This was important to me, the fact that he took the time. I would give Brian a 10 out of 10 and would recommend Snyder A/C for sure!

Our A/C went out last night and Joe Cook came out right away and fixed our capacitor and got our house cooling down very fast. Joe knows his stuff and very professional. He also noticed other issues and suggested us to go with their maintenance plan. So we did and so thankful. Dylan Carter was the technician who came to look at my system. Dylan was a professional and very methodical in his process giving me amplifying information regarding my A/C unit, that I did not otherwise receive from another company. I would recommend working with Snyder over competing A/C companies just from my experience with Dylan. He also got me in touch with his supervisor who was just as involved in the process as he was. Nobody is initially thrilled at the idea of paying $12,000 for an AC replacement. Amy was very kind and professional and helped us make an educated decision to replace our AC unit compared to dumping $2500 worth of R22 into a leaking 26 year old Carrier unit. We are getting set up with a new Trane system next day install. I’ll update this review after the install but I’m very pleased with the customer service so far as I should be on such an expensive purchase.

The Technician was great.. he called and said it would cost $1500 for a Tesla Charger Install... not really a great Price but I appreciate him not making the trip and wasting his and My time... but, Snyder.... you should know what this costs beforehand and you won't provide a Ball park price. Anthony came out to my home yesterday for plumbing. We bought our home a little over a year ago and since have had several professionals out to our home. Anthony was ,by far, the best technician we have ever had out. Extremely polite, respected my home by keeping his work spaces clean and wearing shoe covers. Every time I have a pleasant experience with this company . All techs are respectful and patient. Company is pricey but I call at 8 am and the tech is at my home 10 am same day . Much needed service on hot days ! Today they cleaned the drains and added a UV light to place inside the machine to prevent mold and bacteria growing inside the blower .

Tech (Kasey Carrier) was very personable and efficient. He kept me advised through the maintenance service process as he performed the many tests and adjustments of the TRANE Heat Pump System. He installed a new UV bulb that was at the end of its 1 year service life. The UV appeared to be very effective in preventing growth of mold/mildew in the coil compartment.

Gyles was my technician today. He was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Before entering my home, he was mindful to put shoe covers on . He was very patient in explaining the issue regarding both of my units and addressed the issues within a timely manner. His expert troubleshooting helped identify a problem with an older breaker box that had not been replaced when I got my new unit. This helped to explain why my main breaker kept being tripped which was a seperate issue that I had been having which another Snyder technician ( electrical) was unable to identify during a previous service call. This was the first time that he serviced my units. I wish that he could be my regular technician. Please give this man a raise!! He is awesome!!
