Cheryl R. Is quite literally an angel a phone call away. In times of crisis, it truly comforted me to have her assistance, even if it was only over the phone. She exudes professionalism and a real person who listened from her heart. Which, by all accounts is rare in any field of work. She is a gem, an angel and I'm glad I reached out to Snyder today.

It was an exceptional experience! The person who set up our appointment was very nice considering we made the phone call early morning on a weekend. She was able to get us seen same-day, and let us know of some options to help save us money. Joe, the technician was also professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and took the time to explain so that we could make a decision. We are grateful for their expertise and will definitely use Snyder again for future jobs!

Ryan came over and was awesome. Went right to work and knew what to check. Found the problem was the capacitor within the first 10 minutes there. Super easygoing and easy to talk to while he worked and within no time, our A/C was back up and running good as new. If anyone makes a call request him for sure

Being new to Florida I was extremely skeptical about hiring contractors, Snyder certainly put my mind at ease. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Logan and Isaiah were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They explained everything to me, showed me what the issues were, and gave me great suggestions and affordable options for all the repairs needed. Snyder overall is a great company, their team is extremely prompt, professional and affordable. I highly recommend them!

I bought a yearly maintenance service in 2024 and in February 2025 the technician came to my condo to do the last service. At that time, I told him I did not want to renew the contract. On 7/2/25 I got charged another year of maintenance despite my refusal. I have called three times to get my money back and I have been told several things: 1) "They would call me back" (for what, I do not know, because I only need my money back), 2) My oney would be refunded in 48 hours (not true) and 3) My money would be refunded in 10-14 days. It is incredible that business today make it so hard to create loyalty with their customers, they take your money right away but when it is time to return it, they make it so difficult. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
