This is additional from work done by Snyder on August 6, 2024. First, I’m thankful Snyder gave an immediate response after contacting them about my water heater yesterday. They sent a plumbing expert, Chris, to evaluate it and its condition was worse than expected. Chris was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the condition and risks of not replacing this water heater. It was also 22 years in service. I thought I would have to wait a few days but Chris said it could be done today. Yep! I signed the bottom line with no regrets. Chris left for a bit and came back to the house with the new water heater and it took around two hours to get the job completed, with no setbacks. Chris cares about the customer and in watching him, he’s very thorough on each step in the project. Our conversations were great and I was very happy with the job when it was completed. Snyder is blessed to have this excellent plumber on their team. I’ll join the many who give five star reviews to Snyder ACPE. Having an entire system replacement, new duct work (along with new installation to come, all four of my engagements with Snyder representatives and technicians have been outstanding thus far. The team that worked on my house included the team leader Curtis, followed by Joe, Dominic and Kyle. They got the entire job to which they were assigned (removing and replacing the air intake and main HVAC system, along with tearing out and installing the duct work in the attic) completed same-day. We only had one glitch during the day that set things back a little but it was no fault of the team. Still have the installation to be installed but thus far it’s been a very good experience to work with Snyder. Along with Curtis and his crew, I do want to mention Forrest and Amy who both did initial inspections and helped plan the operation to fix the system. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. It was great to engage with service reps explain things clearly to you and listen closely to your questions - and the tech installers didn’t seem to mind being bugged in the middle of their work - just don’t do that too often! It was a good day and so far all systems running soundly and smoothly! I’m adding to a job two days later from Devin and Justin. Their work on the insulation and concern and respect for me as a customer was outstanding. I appreciate that they made me aware of their concerns in my attic- things that may need attention down the road. Appreciate all their support and effort.

Josh, my technician from Snyder A/C was the best. He thoroughly explained everything to me using pictures to make sure I understood. He was very polite and professional. I hope on my next scheduled maintenance appointment that he will be the technician that comes back.

Assured us unit would fit our closet space. It didn't. Now, we're left with unit sticking outside closet, the door removed so they could work won't fit back on without construction add-on, and the unit itself has an AC filter so difficult to replace, we have to lie down on the floor like we're changing the oil filter in a car, and prop the flap in which it goes, open, to get replacement filters in slot. We've played phone tag, and Schneider just shrugs. We got an estimate from a handiman for $900 to build out the frame and replace the door he'll have to modify so the unit can suck air from the door bottom. Also, took installers 3 hours longer to install than time estimated by salesman. Finally, installers relocated the digital thermostat from the office, where it worked reliably, to the kitchen, so now, when we're cooking, the AC reads the higher temperature, and kicks in to compensate costing us more, not less, in our electric bills. We're extremely displeased with Snyder, Buckhalter, or whatever they're called, and will take our business elsewhere in future. We can't say enough bad about them. We paid $14,000 for THIS.

First of all, my wife and I want to thank the Snyder Electric company. We had a whole house generator and new electric panel installed, and it was the best experience we have had from any company! From Mark the manager; to all the scheduling staff a job well done. The communication was awesome and everyone was cordial, and treated us with respect. A special thank you to our technicians Isaiah and Gavin. These young men were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and most important polite and friendly! They communicated with us throughout the entire job explaining what was going on as they worked. Their work ethic is beyond what we have experienced with other companies. The confidence they displayed was a major part of our comfort because it was a big job. When the job was completed the installation looked great and everything operated as it should have. Thank you Isaiah and Gavin for doing a great job, and representing Snyder Electric in a way that has gained them a customer for life! We also want to mention that Snyder replaced the drywall that was cut and removed, and their pricing is highly competitive because we had other estimates from companies. But as far as my wife and I are concerned: With technicians like Isaiah and Gavin, a manager like Mark, the excellent customer service, and all the great support staff it is worth the extra cost if that were the case. Thank you Snyder Electric for making the experience and peace of mind worth the money spent.
