While Snyder is the more expensive option compared to other companies, the 0% interest and urgency to get the work done really sold it for me. I'm really excited to have them back next week and look forward to seeing their quality of work and repairs! Update: I received repairs on my entire duct work system in less than 3 hours. There were 4 gentleman that came to do the work and they were very professional, speedy, and efficient. The only downside to getting work done this time of year is how prevalent mosquito activity is, and about 3-4 dozen got in the house from the door being propped open. This isn’t a fault on the crew, but more of a warning to others getting similar work done in mid-September! Be prepared to deal with the critters that get inside while work is being done. I so appreciate how quick they were and that my home never went over 75 degrees. I was expecting the house to get hot and the unit to be off. I was very pleased with my comfortability while they worked. Excellent job Snyder!

Joe Coleman was world class. He came in and immediately started educating us as well as answering any and all questions we had. He took it a step further by explaining to us how to maintain our HVAC system so that it continues to work. He was easy to talk to and never got annoyed. I would have him do any work for me anytime. Every time I have a pleasant experience with this company . All techs are respectful and patient. Company is pricey but I call at 8 am and the tech is at my home 10 am same day . Much needed service on hot days ! Today they cleaned the drains and added a UV light to place inside the machine to prevent mold and bacteria growing inside the blower .
