Keith Stock came out and did a thorough check of my A/C unit both inside and outside of the house. He was able to find the issue and show me what was causing the problem. Glenn McMillan was the installer who came out to perform the work the following day. He knew exactly what it would take to get the install complete and even finished within 30 minutes of the time he quoted me. He kept me informed while he was at the house and walked me through the use of the equipment at the end. I think he did a great job and would gladly have him come out and perform any additional maintenance / servicing to the system going forward Travis Hicks came out once the installation was done to replace my circuit breaker. The new unit called for a larger capacity breaker. He knocked the work out quickly and walked me through what was done. He answered a few question I had related to the surge protection before he left. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call Snyder again for any repair / service requests that come up.

After signing up for the monthly Snyder care program, we had them come out to service our AC before it got too hot. Emmanuel did a fantastic job not only taking care of our equipment but also educating us on our system. He went over everything in such great detail and made such a wonderful impression. If you have someone come out to work on your unit I HIGHLY recommend trying to have it be him. Coming back to add to my earlier review! Through the Snyder Care Program, we also had their team come out and do a full plumbing inspection of our recently purchased home. Tony Bravo and Thor Fennell did a fantastic, above and beyond job that far exceeded my expectations! Their inspection was thorough and their findings were explained in detail. After being unsuccessful in contacting a different company, we called Snyder and they sent Phillip out within the hour. He was extremely kind and very thorough in explaining what the issue was and what it was going to take to fix it. He came out early on a Saturday and had the issue fixed rather quickly even though they don’t normally allow repairs such as ours on Fridays or Saturdays. We would absolutely recommend Snyder based solely on our interaction with Phillip. He’s quick, efficient and sets clear expectations of what needs to be done and is up front about any issues or cost increases that may happen.

We called Snyder to come out and give us an estimate on our broken pipe line in our 1946 home. Ronald came out within the time they told us. I called kind of late in the day around 2:30. He got here around 3:30. He was very knowledgeable and immediately got to work climbing under our house. He found the problem that the house flippers did not do right. We bought this house in 2016 and just a few weeks after we moved in our toilets backed up. It was a mess. They supposedly fixed it since their work was still under warranty. They just patched it up and now we have this problem. We appreciate Ronalds honesty explaining what he could do. Its a lot of work. They will be out next week to fix it the right way. I will be giving an update. Thank you, Ronald 😊 Ronald and his team came yesterday Wednesday May 29th At 8 o'clock and worked tirelessly in the heat. They immediately started cutting the concrete, went under the house and started working. Then digging out the drain line. Everything they did was professional. They worked constantly until late evening, cleaned up and returned Thursday the 30th of May at 8 and got to work finishing up the job until late evening. It was a lot of work in the heat. Outstanding Service and Honest Company! My kitchen sink was not draining and I was in desperate need of a plumber ASAP! My Property Manager went with Snyder and I’m grateful they did. Stephen was great at servicing the a/c. Amy was amazing at explaining our issues and coming with a great solution for us. The crew came by early to install a new complete unit. They were very professional and flexible since I had other repairs in the house at the same time. They cleaned up all work areas and were clear at teaching how to care for our new upgrade. I just had my Electrical Panel replaced in my home. From the time that I inquired about an estimate to the installation completion was about a week. Unbelievable! Very professional, very knowledgeable, Great quality. Went from a 16 breaker panel to 40 breaker panel with surge protection and 50A generator hookup with lockout switch. Dustin showed up when promised on Tuesday and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions during the estimate and Mikey was there on Friday for the install. Install time was very fast and complete less than a day. Absolutely ecstatic. Thank you Snyder!

Our technician, Randy G, was incredible and went above and beyond. The company responded quickly to our issue and sent Randy out promptly. He worked tirelessly on a Friday afternoon to repair a drain pipe leak that was causing water damage to our home. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

First, the positive, The four employees I met were pleasant and the electrical connections were done to code . Second the negatives, Dewayne and Andre came late in the morning took and a two hour lunch. Afterwards the lead electrician sat in his car for an hour, while his apprentice tried to do work, he did not have the capability to do. They did not carry enough electrical supplies in their truck to complete the job in one day. You can see from the photographs that the pro/trans box was put in unlevel. In the other photos you can see the install of the two hanging lamps was not properly attached to the cable that supports the lighting from the ceiling. In the last photo, you can see how I fixed it. When they came out to do the original estimate, I told them the type of generator I had so that I could install a system to use it through my electric panel. I also showed the electrician on the day of the install the type of generator I was using. After everything was installed, and the electrician showed me how everything was going to work it turned out my generator does not work with the system they chose to install. That means I need to sell my generator now and buy a new one because of their mistake. After spending the entire day, he blamed my hanging light fixtures for the reason he had to come back a second day to finish the installation. This is after they spent six hours of actual work time when it should’ve according to another electrician, I talked to taken three hours. Last, but not least the lead electrician cursed under his breath repeatedly loud enough for us to hear from the other side of the room. Finally got a generator that would work with the system they installed and the installation of the back up generator wiring panel was incorrectly done we went without electricity for four hours, waiting for Snyder electric to come back out. Mark Sallette Came out and fixed and repaired what the previous electricians broke and badly installed. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would give Mark a five out of five stars. I would change my rating overall if Snyder Electric did something to reward my wife and I for the unprofessional behavior of the previous electricians and their shabby work. Such as a minimum of a $100 gift certificate at a local restaurant to pay for my time and frustration level.

My wife and I wanted to take a moment to thank Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric for the amazing work on our three bathrooms. The shower in our master bathroom experienced a pan failure which resulted in a leak. Our initial plan was to have the shower repaired as we couldn’t use it. Amos Riley visited our home to assess the scope of the project and provided an initial estimate which we felt was fair and competitive compared to other local businesses. We signed the letter of intent, and two weeks later, Amos and his team arrived on-time as promised. We decided early in the demolition process to do a complete revamp of all three bathrooms starting by expanding the overall footprint of the master shower, converting the remaining two bathrooms into walk-in showers, and updating the vanities and toilets. As the project progressed, Amos and his team identified issues that had been plaguing our bathrooms since our home’s construction in 2006. Plumbing lines were moved, rotted studs from the initial leak were replaced, lighting and electrical were updated, and a new vision of our bathrooms were slowly coming together. As each bathroom came together, Amos referred the flooring and tile work to Rafael Rocha; owner of Rocha Finish Flooring Inc. A waterfall effect was precisely implemented in the master shower making it a focal point that stands out. The shower niches that Amos recommended, along with the penny mosaic tile that Rafael installed, provides a beautiful accent in all three showers. Rafael also installed flooring in all bathrooms, as well as our first floor, and later came back out to install a backsplash above all three bathroom vanities. The final piece to the remodel were showers glass doors which was referred to A&M Hydroseal of Jacksonville. Each door was custom fitted and installed. Overall the frameless glass doors and hardware have premium finish which adds to the character to our bathrooms. What started as bathroom repair turned into a full blown remodel. We were very fortunate to have Amos and the Snyder Team to lead this project as we now have a full spa in our home. The team was very attentive to our questions, provided immediate feedback, and ensured resources were lined up through each phase of the project. We would recommend Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric for any repairs and remodels.

Snyder provided an amazing experience from start to finish. Most of us dread getting estimates with pressuring salespeople. Erik was a great guy, explained all my options and didn't try to pressure me to act quickly! Justin followed up with my husband and I to offer further assistance in our decision. Again no pressure, just helped with our follow up questions. Danny and Isaiah came to install and they were dependable, timely, clean and did an AMAZING job! We had insulation, duct work, pathway returns, and a new Trane HVAC system. Their work looks great and more importantly my house finally reaches the temperature I set on my thermostat!!! If I want it at 68, it's 68. If I want it at 72, it's 72! Very impressed with Snyder and plan on purchasing their 2x a year maintenance plan!

Snyder has been wonderful to work with from the moment their salesman, Dylan, knocked on our door! He was so professional and thoughtful, and he took the time to explain exactly what my options looked like. The install team was extremely polite and hard-working, and also took the time to answer any questions I had without making me feel like I was bothering them or annoying them. Our garage was a mess because we were in the middle of moving into the home, and not once did I feel like they were put off or irritated by the lack of room even though I’m sure it made their job more difficult. Snyder cost a bit more than the other two companies that I got estimates from, but there was absolutely no comparison between Dylan and the install team versus the employees that came out from the other companies. The extra cost is absolutely worth it to deal with such high-quality people! We cannot recommend them enough.

I received messages on when my tech would arrive, and a follow up call from the tech himself giving me his precise arrival time. My tech was Danny, he was very pleasant and professional. Once everything was installed, they loaded the old equipment up, cleaned up inside, and explained the operation of the new system to me. Very happy with my experience and my house feels nice and cool now. I would recommend Snyder to anyone, and I think they would be very happy with the product and service they receive.

So please pay attention who does your bathroom/ shower remodels. This company doesn’t have no clue on how to frame or install hardiboard on your shower walls. They use to sub us the bathroom and shower tile installation till the last job because we couldn't just do everything over and over with this company. First where everytime we came to a job to install just tiles that was juat only thing we spouse to do but not we had to tear what they do and re-do the Framing and hardiboard to make everything square we did 4 jobs for them and all 4 jobs we had to redo everything , second they never use conduits fitting on the repipe so if anyone here click click on the wall its because the lines are lose in the wall, thirdly on last job weren’t getting paid fully because they blame us to that we didn't know how to install tiles but the whole framing needed to be adjust and because i got tired of removing and redoing everything what the synder crew did , last but not least it take them ti replace single faucet for 2 hrs even when they are 2 of synder crew there. It takes every other company to replace faucet less than 1 hr. These people or crew doesn’t know exactly what they doing in bathroom and showers remodel so stay away from them they make promise they cant keep because they keep cutting corners. So we were subcontractor for shower not regular customer so we pin point everything we saw there and i mention over here!! Never would ever ever work for this company as subcontractor, even if i was customer i would stay away from them ! Hope this help everyone else. If i could give them -5 star i would. The technician (Joe Byrd) fixed a leak at the coupling at the outside water meter. On the scheduled day of service, I received a text saying that he was on his way, and he arrived shortly thereafter, at about 8:30am. He fixed the leak at the coupling and the issue was resolved, and then he left at approximately 9:30am. However, he charged me $1,500.00 for the job (a 1 hour job to repair a leak)! Originally he quoted $1,700 but then he reduced it down to $1,500. Due to the nature of the plumbing issue (a leak) and the urgency (and also to minimize inconvenience for my tenants who were already without water for a day, as the water had been shut off at the meter due to the leak), I didn't have much of a choice, and wasn't able to shop for competitive estimates, and ultimately had to accept the high fee. I've been a landlord for over 20 years, and have used the services of many plumbers over the years. Never have I been charged so much for so little time! I will not be using Snyder in the future. Please be aware. Their work is fine and he resolved the leak without any issue, but the amount charged for a 1 hour job was simply unreasonable!

I purchased a new AC (interior air handler and exterior compressor/condenser) from Snyder approx. 5 yrs ago. 5 yrs is an average lifespan of an exterior unit for us, as we live close to the ocean. I had a conversation with the Snyder rep specifically about the best option to save money and extend the life of the exterior unit due to the salt exposure it received. While onsite, the Snyder sales rep informed me most of the major MNFRs we no longer honoring their parts warranty if the unit was within close proximity of the ocean. He did state that Daikin offered a 12 yr parts warranty and Daikin did not alter their warranty based off proximity to the ocean. He stated they could just pull the parts and Daiken would replace them with no questions asked. He also recommended I purchase the 12 yr. extended labor warranty through Daikin/Asure, which I did for $1,290. He also recommended annual cleaning ($73 - $89/visit) and indicated that it would be easier to justify a claim if they could show I was routinely having the unit cleaned/maintained. I paid for this annually as well. 5 yrs after purchasing, the exterior unit failed, which was no surprise. I expected a replacement (unit and install) at no charge, but Snyder informed me that Daikin’s warranty did not cover corrosion. This came as a shock to me as I specifically discussed this with Snyder as my primary concern. In addition, the 12 yr extended warranty would end once the original unit was removed, as the warranty is only valid for the original unit purchased, and does not transfer to a replacement unit. I was extremely disappointed and really felt mislead at this point. After speaking with a Snyder Mgr, the best option they could offer was a new unit at a price that was $80 lower than the competition. Although upset, I purchased the unit from them thinking I didn’t have any other desirable options. The install was scheduled for 9:45am and the tech did not arrive until 2:15pm. While removing the unit, I noticed a pile of metal fins behind my plants that had obviously been hidden and left by the service techs who had previously cleaned my unit. The installer also left an abundant amount of rusted metal and aluminum fins in my neighbor’s yard, my yard, and in the street. I’ve been cleaning that up last night and this morning. Attached photos should show the debris I’ve cleaned up thus far.
