We lost power to our well system suddenly. Could not find cause. Snyder responded same day and found issue was buried line failure. Made temporary repair to give us water and came back next day for permanent fix. Great job.

He was friendly and professional, and he went over options clearly to fix my leak and cost. He worked quickly to get the job done, even in the pouring rain. Our Technician was Jason Ryan's. He was friendly, on time and a complete professional. He thoroughly explained what he needed to inspect and then followed through on checking the toilets, sinks and the shower head. He went over his quote and explained what the cost would be for replacing the toilets or fixing them. In addition, he recommended replacing the shower head which we needed very badly to get done. He was thorough in his explanations and very patient with our questions. He did a great job explaining what items needed to be fixed and or replaced. This year I have had 2 other Snyder Reps come to my house to address our air conditioner, our power box and now the plumbing. All three of these guys did a great job. Thank you Snyder!

Had a new AC installed in April 2025, in June 2025 the AC started freezing up continuously. Had Snyder come 3 times each time saying nothing is wrong. Finally they figure out they need to order three parts. This was the end of July. It’s now October and they are refusing to even return our calls. $12k system that can’t maintain a temperature under 77 degrees without freezing. Beyond disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would solely based on their lack of communication. Be cautious giving them any work at all.

Simply horrible. They bought or partner or whatever with Palm Air and now its a mismanaged mess. The people answering the phones are useless, they send techs who can not service the very units that are having problems and they are inefficient with all followup. STAY AWAY. Call AirRef.

Fantastic service, had my air fixed in about 5 minutes. He was super knowledgeable and explained the issues so I could understand. But my absolute favorite part was how fast the response was. I called @ 4pm , and my issue was solved before 7 that evening. I slept well, thanks! Also purchased a maintenance plan, well worth it. Fantastic experience.

I had to take my stars away. This company is horrible. They had to come out 6 times to fix something that should have been fixed the 1st time. The guy we dealt with today for a 2nd time was extremely rude and condescending. They repaired stuff that didn't even need repaired and charged us a high amount.

I contacted Snyder about installing a humidifier/dehumidifier combination. After Amy evaluated my system, she made it clear that we needed an update to our ductwork and that a humidifier/dehumidifier combination would have offered no value to us. The technician, Amy Cottrell, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, making it easy for me to understand why the ductwork was what I needed to replace.

Schneider's tech Dylan did an excellent job, with all the explanations and reasons of how and why it's important to maintenance and regularly check your HVA system and your air-conditioning unit. Dylan was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave really good advice on small things that I could do to help prolong the life of my units. I would highly recommend Snyder's Air conditioning, plumbing and electric services, they've definitely hired the right person and Dylan.

Jesse was amazing he even cleaned up the bathroom after fixing the toilet issue. Flushable wipes are not flushable! Don’t be fooled by marketing tactics. The gentlemen that installed the vacuums to get rid of the water leakage going all the way from the toilet upstairs into the ceiling downstairs was kind, respectful, and took the extra time to make sure we would not get mold from sitting water. Five stars all the way. I’m very surprised and happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had our maintenance check completed on our A/C system. Technician Joe Coleman from Synder came out on time as scheduled. He was very professional and well mannered as we have two large dogs that accepted his presence. Joe was very knowledgeable about our system and assited in bringing our system up to date to help prevent future system issues. It was a pleasure to have him conduct this service. I was very satisfied and will continue to have Synder maintain my service needs.

Joe Byrd was actually a breath of fresh air. Our water heater was leaking and smelled of smolder which tripped the breaker. Snyder set a next day appt and Joe came. He was very helpful and unassuming and gave us his honest advise without being pushy at all. He actually shared lots of info on pricing and warranties and made the decision rather easy for us. He even shared a few tips and insights we didn’t even know about water softeners and shower fixtures too. We should be good to go soon because they can do a same day replacement, at which point I will thoroughly enjoy a hot shower. Thanks Joe Byrd. (Edited 9/18) Katia Lindsey arrived soon after and started the installation. I was not there, but the install was completed quickly and my wife said Katia was nothing short of knowledgeable and excellent. Thanks Katia.

I had Justin R. and Conan M. as my technicians from Snyder. They did an amazing job replacing three ceiling fans, hanging one new ceiling fan, replacing four different hanging lights, and replacing an old thermostat. They were able to start working the same day they came out to quote me. Snyder has competent, smart technicians, and offer fair pricing. I would recommend Snyder for contracting, and try to get Justin and Conan to do your electrical work.
