Dayvon a plumber working with Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric did an installation of a toilet and shower faucet. Dayvon was very professional. He gave me different options and price point to choose from until I was satisfied. He did an excellent job and he left the place very clean. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Review 2: Dryer vent cleaning service by Jennifer. Dryer vent was clogged in a big way from previous home owner. The outside vent cap was completely full of lint and was non removable due to how it was installed. Jennifer worked with me to devise a solution that worked out great. She was on time, respectful, courteous, tidy, hard working. A great experience! Review 1: i had a toilet clog emergency. Called Snyder main number and talked to answering service. I got a plumber to come out the same morning and he was communicative, on time, clean and efficient. I couldn't be happier!

We had a constant dripping coming from behind the shower wall and the only access panel was a 9" square cutout in the adjacent bedroom closet back wall, which was virtually worthless in this situation. The water was affecting the items in the closet as well, so we had to act fast. Fast. Living here for about 14 years, I knew Snyder as a highly reputable company to call on, and so we did just that. They dispatched Trey Cassidy, who did an absolutely phenomenal job for us! He assessed and explained the extent of the issue, gave us two different ways of going about repairing it, and was meticulous in doing the repair. He is exceptional at what he does, and we already have plans to bring him back right after the new year to help us with replacing the faucet and spout on the master bathroom's deep tub. We couldn't be happier having made the decision to reach out to Snyder and Trey. We will be keeping their number on speed dial for sure.

I called into the office at 5:15pm about the issue I was having with my unit. Time window was 5:30-8pm I was told by dispatcher. Dylan arrived right at 8pm, which is fine. Not his fault. I was bounced around between two techs. Dylan found the leak after several test. He pulled a pipe and loud air noise came immediately after. Seemed knowledgeable. But then insisted that there could be other issues in the unit by garage, and that additional test that had to be done. Didn’t finish test until 10:30pm. Went up in attic. Wanted 4 more people to come out to return to run a new Copper line through attic to unit which was not needed I was told by 2nd company. I was quoted $6,900 for the repair work. Got a 2nd quote from another large contractor in Jacksonville for $1,470. They fixed the repair in 3 hrs and A/C unit is working great. Dylan was knowledgeable and loved his gas detector wand. Haha. I just felt like he was trying to find other things to try to make me buy another new unit. (Unit is 7 years old) I won’t be using Snyder anymore going forward. Not Dylan’s fault. Just felt like other company was more trustworthy. Also saved me $5,500! Thanks.

He also installed an outdoor lightning surge protector, which was not included in original purchase of system. Technician was well trained, explained everything he did, and answered my questions in a friendly manner. I am a satisfied customer.

Brandon was absolutely wonderful! We had a leak in our half bath and discovered that the toilet was installed incorrectly when we had our floors redone(by another company). Not only did he fix the install issue, we found another toilet in the house was also installed incorrectly. I had my A/C ductwork replaced by Julio Palmou and his crew — actually three full trucks’ worth of workers. They arrived right on schedule and got to work immediately. The entire house’s duct system was removed and replaced in just one day. Everyone worked efficiently and professionally, and the crew cleaned up thoroughly when finished. I now have new ductwork of the proper size and even, comfortable airflow throughout the house — no more hot or cold spots! I recently had an issue with my home air conditioning system and contacted Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric late in the afternoon. To my surprise and appreciation, they scheduled a service call for the very next morning. Their technician, Savannah, was absolutely outstanding. Savannah arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. She carefully checked the air handler, compressor, and thermostat as part of her troubleshooting process. It turned out that a power surge the previous day had reset the thermostat. Once Savannah reprogrammed it, our system was back up and running perfectly—just like new. It’s rare to see such quick response, expert knowledge, and friendly service all in one visit. I highly recommend Snyder for any HVAC needs and want to extend a special thanks to Savannah for her exceptional service and professionalism.

Really appreciated their time to get us up and running again and followed up on our problem. Best Customer Service anywhere. 2024: Daniel C. Did a great job helping us replace our ductwork and HVAC System at our new home. He explained everything very thoroughly and provided us with the best options. Marcus M. came out a few days later to start the job. When Marcus removed the old attic insulation and did fantastic work - he even sent us pictures of the effort in progress and after all the insulation was removed. That was unbelievable customer service. We are delighted we chose Snyder Air for this big project and that they sent Daniel and Marcus. Walter P. Came to get our Trane Console working - he did a fantastic job troubleshooting the problem and showing us how every worked. Outstanding service all around from Snyder Air. We also had Shawn Stewart Replace our water heater. Shawn did an excellent job - very high quality service and all done on time.

Called for service on Friday morning and was given a time of slot 10am-2pm. They pushed the appointment all day because they are behind schedule. At the end of the day majority of the technicians are sick. They promised to come out 1st thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning is here and now they want to push the appointment again. If you can't perform the job just say that instead of having a customer clingy to hope that you guys are going to show up.

A special thank you to our technicians Isaiah and Gavin. These young men were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and most important polite and friendly! They communicated with us throughout the entire job explaining what was going on as they worked. Their work ethic is beyond what we have experienced with other companies. The confidence they displayed was a major part of our comfort because it was a big job. When the job was completed the installation looked great and everything operated as it should have. Thank you Isaiah and Gavin for doing a great job, and representing Snyder Electric in a way that has gained them a customer for life! We also want to mention that Snyder replaced the drywall that was cut and removed, and their pricing is highly competitive because we had other estimates from companies. But as far as my wife and I are concerned: With technicians like Isaiah and Gavin, a manager like Mark, the excellent customer service, and all the great support staff it is worth the extra cost if that were the case. Omar was 5-stars!! From on time arrival to best in class visit! I desperately needed a maintenance appt as I was experiencing a high level of allergies and headaches over the months. He was “Top Gun”. And checked everything from indoor equipment assessment to outdoor condenser unit and ducts - he remedied the situation and took the time to correct eg outdoor unit hadn’t been cleaned in years - the mud/ muck he uncovered was not an easy task but his time/ effort brought the equipment to its original condition. He also installed a UV assembly which addresses bacteria, mold spores and so much more - I now have fresh air and am already feeling better. Regular maintenance is essential and while I’ve only lived in my townhome for 6 months - I highly recommend Snyder AC - ask for Omar!! I’m putting him on our Berkshire Hathaway list of TOP Vendors!!!

Our new HVAC system went out after only 3 months. Arnett Snyder AC responded and had Stephen Hammet a superb technician come to evaluate every aspect and component of the system. He found the problem to be a clogged drain pipe, cleaned it and took time to educate me on the periodic use of vinegar in the drain pipe tray between service calls to prevent this problem.
