Had a new AC installed in April 2025, in June 2025 the AC started freezing up continuously. Had Snyder come 3 times each time saying nothing is wrong. Finally they figure out they need to order three parts. This was the end of July. It’s now October and they are refusing to even return our calls. $12k system that can’t maintain a temperature under 77 degrees without freezing. Beyond disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would solely based on their lack of communication. Be cautious giving them any work at all.

They installed our AC unit in timely and safe manner, making sure a supervisor gave a second opinion about an issue he had instead of taking chances. Also I like the fact that once the install was completed they bring in an electrician to check for possible issues in the breaker box. And giving me advise on what if or when certain situations when or if they arise. The guys were friendly and respectful. Fantastic Job guys.

Aaron saved the day! He was willing to come late in the evening on a stormy night to help us get our pipes cleared. Professional, knowledgeable and affordable. We are very thankful! Super happy with Zian's service. He was very thorough, professional, friendly. He took his time and made sure our the rest of the pipes and appliances had adequate water pressure. All the staff at Snyder have been great!
