Sebastian was so Wonderful! The training process at Snyder is really paying off..Hi Tim Wood! Our new system works well. Brads business plan is really showing in the quality of the whole package. I have been in water and fire Restoration for 30 years myself. We are having our new a/c system installed Tuesday 8/23. His calm profession demeanor was exemplary! He made the sale out of sheer honesty. Also a thank you to Tim Wood.. I was with SERVICE MASTER when I met him. Whatever business model and training strategy you guys are using Tim are paying off. He is so friendly and motivated. I won’t have another plumber but him to do my work. HE IS A NATURAL!! Never seen someone so young with the knowledge he has about the job!! Hang on to this kid… he’s a HUGE ASSET TO SNYDER PLUMBING!!! Devon came today for our bi yearly inspection for the awesome $250 a year program! It includes 2 inspection for electrical and plumbing!!! YOU HAVE GOT TO CALL SNYDER ABOUT IT. Devon is a FIVE STAR FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE TODAY. Brad you are really onto something here because your training methods are making Snyder the BEST IN JACKSONVILLE!! Keep it up!! Today is 5/11/2024 and I had a Chris Burger as an electrician at my house. 21 years old and he was absolutely AMAZING! He rewired our fuse box and it was done absolutely perfect!! He is now my Snyder goto ELECTRICIAN!! Kerry Bragan A wonderful new electric fuse box and AC FIXED PERFECTLY!! K B Mr, Nyguen, Was very professional and his work is impeccable!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS!! 3/5/2024 Dillon Carter did an outstanding job. He found the problem and not only sol it but added new drainage piping to ensure that the air conditioner condensation line doesn’t get backed up again! I absolutely adore this technician. He goes the extra mile for the customer! Brad, you are doing an excellent job training your team!! Kerry Bragan 9/17/2024 Ken did a very thorough analysis of our plumbing system. He also flushed our water heater. Ken was absolutely an adorable and polite guy! Very professional and knowledgeable!! Electrician -John- exemplifies the super hero service of a real Snyderman not only arriving on less than 12 hrs emergency call response on an early Sunday morning with a big smile and super quick resolution to our downstairs power outage/ circuit breaker debacle- he wowed our family surprising us with a super kind gesture stopping by on his way to our home and picking up a cup of coffee from the nearby mini mart only hearing we couldn't brew our own this morning because of the electricity being out! What better combo is there?! ☕️ +⚡️Give this man a promotion!

I really appreciate the way Petey handled a tough situation. When an unexpected issue came up with the valve installation—due to the builder’s original use of plastic fittings—he was upfront and honest about what happened. Instead of cutting corners, he made it right by offering to replace the valve at no extra charge and having his drywall guy repair the damage. While the drywall repair won’t include painting (as explained upfront), I respect that Petey is sticking to the original agreed price of $2,800 and not adding surprise costs. His professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to fixing the problem the right way show that he truly values his customers. Things don’t always go perfectly in construction, but the way Petey handled this situation gave me confidence that I chose the right person for the job.

Kat was great. I had a bunch of calcium build up in the shower plumbing and shower head. She diagnosed the problem very quickly and took the extra time to swap around different shower heads so we could determine that the filters were bad. I appreciate her extra time and her professionalism. I will definitely use Snyder again in the future!

This review doesn't really cover the repair itself. I had the work done, the work was fine, the leak was repaired. My main issue is with billing. I originally contacted Snyder about a leak I had noticed coming from a second floor bathroom. It was traced down to a faulty original tub installation - specifically the overflow. The way the tub was installed had cracked around the gasket needed to seal the overflow valve. The person who came out to my house told me, "We'll try for a repair that you'll have to pay for today. In the event that the repair doesn't work we'll credit you for the cost of the repair from the installation cost of a new tub." That seemed like a reasonable deal to me so I took it. Unfortunately the repair didn't work and I had to have a new tub installed. As can be guessed the whole, "we'll credit you for the cost of the repair against the tub replacement" never happened. TBF it isn't a crazy amount of money and I did call them up twice to have it corrected. Both times the Master Plumber or whoever wasn't available. The second lady I spoke with said she had transferred my request to billing or accounting and I would be credit within a few days - that never happened.

He offered us several options to choose from regarding a new air conditioner. He was very thorough. He really made us feel confident that Snyder was going to do an excellent job. I had them come out because none of toilets were flushing. They came out I paid 250.00, they got it unclogged but the following day everything is clogged now worse sewage now coming back up into the tubs. Hurts paying that much to still not have indoor plumbing. Currently trying to find someone to truly fix the cause. Update called them, they offered to let me pay 100.00 for them to come back out, and maybe fix the issue with no promises of fixing the problem. AKA milking as much money as they can out of me. Unfortunate for a business that’s been around so long.

I purchased the maintenance plan with Snyder in December and part of it is the emergency fee being waived with the promise of emergency service. I had an issue in June and called them only to be told that emergencies are only when the AC is out. Living in Florida I could totally see that and understand it - no problem. Yesterday I came home to my AC being out, I called Snyder and was told that they had no APPOINTMENTS and I had to wait until the next day for service. Remind you, it was 90 degrees outside and in my house! The part that I do not understand is that my AC was completely out but now I am not an emergency. Remind you my call was placed around 5 p.m!! I will not use Synder again!! Total ripoff

He was professional and courteous, and he explained each step he was taking to try to figure out the problem. He cleaned up and swept every area he worked in. I cannot say enough good things about Sam or Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric in working with us to give us a detailed explanation of what the work will cost us. Absolutely don't use! They don't treat people well on the phone. They waste your time putting you on hold for 12 minutes. Also the Management is absolute trash. Find a better company to deal with like I did .

Highly recommend Jason and Snyder Air....they came out same day, on a holiday no less, when I called about my ac not working. Had to come back the next day after the coils unfroze to look at it better. Once it was decided that a new ac unit was the better investment, he broke down the ones he recommended and why and answered all my questions. They come tomorrow to install the new ac unit, so all together this will have been a 3 day process. Can't recommend them enough....from the operator that answered the phone to the guys that have come out....friendly and knowledgeable.

Snyder arrived at our home to fix a condensate pump on our AC the technician told no one absolutely nothing after diagnosis of AC unit turned our AC completely off he then proceeded to sit in our yard for a hour left our home and did not tell anyone anything and now our AC unit does not turn on at all when I called to ask what is going on I was told they can’t tell me anything because I’m a tenant what a wonderful company
