my appointment time frame was from 8 AM to 10 AM in the morning. At 9 AM I received a call letting me know the technician would be late. I appreciated the dispatch reaching out. My new timeframe was 10 AM to 2 PM. . He called ahead to let us know he was coming and about 30 minutes later he was there. He took a look at our problem. made an assessment and set up for a replacement of a toilet Additionally, he did the walk around of the houses plumbing and let us know of any other potential issues. He was very courteous and informativeand did not try to press a hard cell on any additional work that could be done in a 30 Year old home.

Lindsey of Snyder Air Conditioning performed maintenance on my air conditioner unit today. As in the past, she was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about the status of my unit. She summarized for me all of the prominent points of the maintenance service in an easy to understand way and made suggestions going forward for keeping the unit in pristine condition. You can't ask for more from a technician. I am always glad when I open the door for the service call and see Lindsey there.

This is the first time I have used their plumbing services. My plumber was Eric Walden. Eric was courteous, efficient and did a wonderful job. I especially appreciated how he cleaned up after the job was done. If I have any other plumbing needs, I would definitely ask for him.

Steve Hall at Snyder Plumbing came to replace my hot water heater on a holiday weekend. He also consulted me on another plumbing problem and we set up another service call. He was polite, positive, and professional. I am very grateful to have my plumbing repaired in time for Christmas! Steve came back after Christmas to do a fairly extensive shower repair. He did a fabulous job creating a system that accommodated my requests and was always upbeat and helpful when trying to figure out what would work. The tile repair job that was involved was beautifully done. I am thrilled with the result! Chris came over to restore hot water to my bathroom shower. Not only did he fix the problem, but he gave me lots of information regarding other plumbing issues in the house. I am very happy with the results!

When there was an unplanned hitch in our job he quickly made adjustments and completed the job as planned. This is the reason we placed Snyder in speed dial for electrical or plumbing problems. They came the same day and gave me an estimate. So far I’m happy. Hopefully the work will be completed and I’ll remain happy. The work was completed and the bill matched the estimate. They worked cleanly with drop clothes and cut my ceiling and walls only where necessary. A very professional installation. With the correct gauge wire and breakers, I have no concerns about issues later on. Thank you Snyder Electric. Had to call Snyder at 8pm due to strange electrical things happening. Tracy came out and did some troubleshooting and did so after hours, on call with a smile on his face. He was super nice and informative. The person who dispatched the call initially, I want to say her name was Janelle but I could be way off base and if so I apologize was also super nice and helpful. Snyder should be thankful to have those two people representing their company. I meant to write this review last week, when I received the service, then life caught up, so here we go. I had a plumbing problem, and started calling all of the plumbers in town (its a small town) and all were either busy, only accept contact work, or did not want to do my job. So I started looking further out, and calling companies. I happened upon Snyder, I tried to call them, they did not answer, a few moments later, a young lady (Brianna) called me back, I was simply shocked. Nonetheless they were able to provide me the service I needed. With in about an hour, maybe too, this smiling and joyful young man showed up at my place. Enter Johny. This young man was an absolute joy to work with, he did the repairs, cleaned up the area, better than it was on his arrival, and did no less than a fine job. Brianna and Johny, the folks I worked with were caring, considerate, understanding and simply put helpful. Their business acumen throughout this whole experience was beyond reproach and a real delight to work with. These guys care, they care about the service they offer, they care about the customers they service and most importantly care about the customers they service. Rest assured if I need or have future plumbing or AC needs, Team Synder will be my first and only call. Thank you very much for a great experience in times of distress.

Allonzo & Dino were polite & did an excellent job of checking out our plumbing & explaining what the problems could be & how they could be fixed. We were shown quotes & products that could be installed the next day, if we chose to do so. Very happy with their service so far!

Very friendly and treated me and my family with respect. Only down side is that he had to reschedule with another tech because he didn't have the machine he needed. He was very knowledgeable and had a few recommendations to help prevent our problem in the future. The second tech that came out Eric did a fantastic job got our tub unclogged in no time. Our water filter system is older, so he told us some things to watch out for and gave us some options to replace it when we're ready. It was nice that he wasn't pushy about getting a new system.

Daniel Crowder visited our home on Thursday and prepared a proposal to replace our two 22 year old heat pumps. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We accepted and approved the proposal and the next day, Friday, two crews were dispatched to complete the installation. They arrived promptly at 9:00, introduced themselves to me and immediately started the removal of our old equipment. Everyone I met from Snyder were professional and knowledgeable and by 2:30 that afternoon we had two new heat pumps, air handlers, and Digital Thermostats installed and running. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Snyder. (No photos)

Amazing service and punctuality. Very courteous and respectful team of members that did the inspection and installation for my new 3 ton and 2 ton installs. They added all the bells and whistles and redid the supply lines and swapped in new ducting. No mess was made - they removed the old units and had the entire job complete in just 2 days. I would highly highly recommend Robert, Devin, Chaz, Anthony, and the inspection and scope technician Clinton. Great team of guys and excellent quality air since the install.
