Had to call Snyder at 8pm due to strange electrical things happening. Tracy came out and did some troubleshooting and did so after hours, on call with a smile on his face. He was super nice and informative. The person who dispatched the call initially, I want to say her name was Janelle but I could be way off base and if so I apologize was also super nice and helpful. Snyder should be thankful to have those two people representing their company. I would encourage you to give them a bonus or raise to be honest due to hte direct positive reflection for your organization. Kindest Regards, Bobby

Moses did an especially good job for us, today, he was very thorough as well as Iknowledgeable to the questions that we asked We highly suggest using this company anytime to service. Called Snyder services spoke to David for a plumbing issue. He provided me with an appointment for TODAY: unheard of in today’s fast paced society. He dispatched Mr. Carlton Smith who performed an amazing removal and replacement of deficient toilet components. Extremely professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he was doing should I had any questions. Absolutely genuine courteous and extremely knowledgeable plumber. Mr. Carlton was ahead of schedule and completed the job quickly. Totally satisfied with his work and recommendations. Thanks Mr. Carlton for a job extremely well done.

Experience was great. He showed up on time and answered every question for my wife. I was unable to be present during the service call but arrived home as he was leaving and he circled back and took time to explain everything to me as well. Fantastic service.
