I'd like to thank the bearded gentleman who let me pass his vehicle on I-295 today (6/6/25 plate number ends on smth like GW). That was very courteous and made my day! It's refreshing to encounter such considerate drivers on the road. Good company keeps good people, and acts of kindness like this don't go unnoticed. Had unexpected drain issues which are never fun. Especially with a big family and a baby. Scheduling a repair was easy. Was told by dispatch that the technician would be there at least before 10 pm. Carlton from Snyder called me around 8 pm and came early which was a god send. He came and fixed our problem easily and was polite and informational.
