After having a nightmare experience with a different ac service company, we reached out to Synder. They were able to come out same day! The technician sent was Bryce Rodriguez. Bryce was extremely knowledgeable and thorough!! He took his time to figure what the true issue was, unlike the other company we had for years. Two days later, Bryce and another technician came out to do the repair, and again took their time and did the job correctly!! The issue that we’ve been having for a year+ and fighting with the other company was finally fixed and we are truly grateful!! Thank you!!

Asked for an estimate they sent out a tech, the lady got upset just because I mentioned I have got a quote from somewhere else and they have told me what the issue is. She says “then what am I here for” very rude. Nothing wrong with shopping around and get the best ac system deal. She did not even give me best or cheap options for the unit she said oh your budget is not our match we don’t do those cheap units reach out to B cool without even knowing what my budget was. She did not even care to look at the units or anything she was just rude and left with a few sentences. Disappointed by the lack of effort

He did a wonderful job—from the installation itself to setting up the system, adding it to my iPhone, and walking me through how to use it. Snyder will NEVER get my business again! They charge a dispatch fee that does not include a full diagnostic of the issue. Then their tech Aiden Tavenner refused to leave the property before he was paid. Professionalism at its poorest! Perhaps he would not have been so bold with a male. Regardless, poor customer service, prices, and still don’t have a working AC unit!!!!

Snyder AC, plumbing, and electric has always been able to help when needed in a timely manor. The most recent experience didn’t quite go as planned however they were apologetic and more than fair when it came to fixing the unexpected incident. I’ve had two different technicians come out on separate occasions and both were knowledgeable, patient, and respectful.

This company charged rediculously high price for their services. I recently asked them to work on two projects: fixing a toilet problem and a power outlet issue. They replaced a toilet for me. The toilet the replaced was a cheap brand only cost $109 at Home Depot, and they charged me a total of $707 for the work. They replaced ONE GFCI outlet, which on Amazon, only cost less than $10. I am sure they purchased with less price. They charged me $245. Before I scheduled the work, I talked to the representative over the phone and aske them to give me an estimate of their price, she refused. I asked if the labor was an hourly based. She said it was per work order. I shared a bad experience in the past that there was another company which gave me rediculous quote on a different project in the past, and she promised that their company would never do that. However, the quote they gave me on site were exact the opposite. If I did not accept, I had to pay $100 each to the plumber and the electrician for their diagnoses. I will never ever use this company again. I also causious you to try this company since you might ended up in the same situation as me: paying $100 for nothing, or paying overprice for their services.

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and what I thought was going to be a small repair was actually my entire HVAC system needing to be replaced. I knew immediately who to call and here I am Monday afternoon with an entirely new and upgraded HVAC system. These guys sent an army of techs out to my house and completely exceeded expectations. When they say Snyderman they ain’t playing! No one else I would recommend when it comes to AC these guys are the best!

Poor Service and Broken Promises - Elderly Customers Left in Dangerous Heat Rating: ⭐ (1/5 stars) I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have been failed by this company in the most unacceptable way possible. My parents, both in their 80s, have been without air conditioning for over a month during one of Florida's hottest summers on record, with temperatures reaching 90+ degrees daily. On June 14th, the technician assessed the unit and assured us that a needed part would arrive within 7-14 days. It has now been over a month, and the part still hasn't arrived. When we call for updates, we get vague responses and empty promises about "checking on the order." This is poor customer service. We need action immediately!

My a/c froze up and it is an old unit but I was worried I wouldn’t get anyone to be able to come out today. Tom McGaughey came out and explained everything to me and the problems. He explained the age of the unit and got it to work. Also, Tom was able to get in contact with the company and is sending another co-worker out for later tonight to explain options and coats with me. I bought a yearly maintenance service in 2024 and in February 2025 the technician came to my condo to do the last service. At that time, I told him I did not want to renew the contract. On 7/2/25 I got charged another year of maintenance despite my refusal. I have called three times to get my money back and I have been told several things: 1) "They would call me back" (for what, I do not know, because I only need my money back), 2) My oney would be refunded in 48 hours (not true) and 3) My money would be refunded in 10-14 days. It is incredible that business today make it so hard to create loyalty with their customers, they take your money right away but when it is time to return it, they make it so difficult. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Posted June 30, 2025: I had previously experienced better service from Snyder, but since having my home electrical upgrade, it has been awful. Repeat inspection fails. No communication without me calling multiple times to confirm details. The work was supposed to be done in March. I paid almost $12,000. It is now the day before July, and only now getting the next step done after the last failed inspection. I have not had a proper connection to city electricity since the job started. The technician had to use a ratchet strap to hold power since the existing line didn't reach without it. I have been met with endless excuses about why the communication fails and why the job isn't done. If a company can't finish a job, they should stop taking on new ones until they are done. If I pay for something, it better be done properly and in a timely manner. I will not use Snyder for any future work. Three months after paying, it is still not done. They quoted me for a new job, but I will not be following up after this experience. I should be compensated for waiting three months with my having to work harder to communicate than they have to finalize the work. Update 7/7/2025 The technician that came out June 30th claimed he would fabricate necessary parts to meet inspection requirements and return today, July 7th by 8:30AM to complete the work. I called to discover they are sending the original technician, which was notably criticized by other technicians from Snyder, to complete the work. No one communicated the change of technician, nor did anyone provide an update to scheduling of when to expect work to be done. It is growing to be more frustrating to get this done. They already were paid, but I have to wait from March into July now to deal with their failures.

I called for service due to my kitchen sink and guest bathroom being clogged. Was offered a $4500 jetting service. I like most people don’t have $4500 for plumbing. They then offered $900 to snake. I of course declined then proceeded to take a look myself. As soon as I removed shower drain stopper i found 4 bandaids blocking drain then went to kitchen sink and snaked hair. This all took me 30 mins. I don’t know if all plumbing companies are a scam or just this one. Will never consider calling this company again

I like it that Snyder AC sends an email concerning an upcoming vist that includes a photo of the technician that will be coming to our home. Phillip Carter gave us a call prior to his arrival and was on time. He listen carefully to the problem and gave possible causes and solutions before starting work. After looking into the areas of concern he described the problem and gave several options and recommendations for repair and also completely answered each question in easy to understand language. Work completed and our AC is working perfectly. I'm thankfully to have a professional like Phillip Carter taking care of AC problem.

What words can adequately capture the feeling of safety and calm that we acquired acquired in just fifteen minutes? We purchased a house "as is", which is code for "surprise" ... when we opened the faucet in the kitchen, we knew that we needed a plumber... and with Snyder we got a Swiss army knife. Joseph asked us what problems we had with the house and we gave him the list. HVAC, a stuck sliding glass door, electrical, rotten wooden stairs, roof leak... and Snyder handled all of them. We asked him to quote us a minimum "get by with it until we have more money" estimate for the plumbing ... and he gave it ...but he also showed us "here's how you can get everything that I'd improve if my mom was living here"... the $200 per month financing will protect our sanity. We are now living comfortably thanks to the versatile team at Snyder. NO WONDER THAT THEY HAVE 490,000 STARS FROM 11,000 REVIEWS. High quality is hard to find, but we know who to call the next time our "AS IS" dream home surprises us. Update: joe followed up and now he has scheduled the repairs.... i didnt have to arrange anything. JOE is watching over the repairs like a hawk. I have full confidence in his oversight .. ..... Update April 4 2025 We needed a septic repair and guess who was there to push this ahead? Shawn, Randy and Joe.... and in less than 3 days the new sand was in and the wider diameter pipes and we won't see that septic field for at least another 25 tears. Thank you, Snyderman Update Saturday April 5 2025. These guys want us to get our backyard back to normal, so Randy showed up on his day off and removed more sand. Thank you!
