They tried to charge me $317 for a diagnostic 😆 save your money folks. They don’t tell you the price of things until they dispatch to charge you the $100 fee. You best believe I sent the tech right home after hearing that number. They can keep my $100 along with this deserving 1 star review.

Snyder was the 2nd HVAC company I contacted for my issue. The visit was an after hours service call and Tom was at my home within the hour. I’m a die hard DIY person and he thoroughly walked me through all my questions with zero hesitation or frustration. In the end, the repair quote was half of what the other company quoted and I truly felt I was not getting screwed. Snyder is now my new go-to and I highly recommend using them.

Tech (Kasey Carrier) was very personable and efficient. He kept me advised through the maintenance service process as he performed the many tests and adjustments of the TRANE Heat Pump System. He installed a new UV bulb that was at the end of its 1 year service life. The UV appeared to be very effective in preventing growth of mold/mildew in the coil compartment.
