I bought a yearly maintenance service in 2024 and in February 2025 the technician came to my condo to do the last service. At that time, I told him I did not want to renew the contract. On 7/2/25 I got charged another year of maintenance despite my refusal. I have called three times to get my money back and I have been told several things: 1) "They would call me back" (for what, I do not know, because I only need my money back), 2) My oney would be refunded in 48 hours (not true) and 3) My money would be refunded in 10-14 days. It is incredible that business today make it so hard to create loyalty with their customers, they take your money right away but when it is time to return it, they make it so difficult. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great experience with Josh but unfortunately not a very good one with Jonathan on Friday 11/28/25. He came in strong and the way I described him to my wife as much like a "used car saleman". He came over and I showed him where the problem was and the repair that needed to be done, and as fast as I got done speaking, he peeked into the center of the condenser unit and right away told me that my accumulator was in bad shape and that I should think about a new unit because he could not guarantee that the repair would last before something else going wrong. I told him that all I wanted to do was to repair the damaged copper pipe and refill with coolant. He was still very aggressive and trying to have me purchase a new unit and said that his repairs would be a "no guarantee repair". I explained to him that I was not able to afford a new unit at this time and why, and still he was right back to the " used car salesman" tactics. Finally, I was just about sick of him and asked to have the until repaired. Also, when the repair was done and he proceeded to replace the cover on the condenser where the electrical connections were, he tripped the main house breaker at the panel. He didnt have the condenser breaker off and a ground wire touched a live connection while he was replacing the cover. It's seems like more and more your techs are always now trying to sell a service and it was not this way before. Again Josh did a great job and did what he could for us.

Travis was super professional. He was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining the project and the process. He then came out and completed it efficiently with minimum downtime. After he took the time to explain what he did and address any concerns I had. Definitely recommend Travis.
