Call a local technician in your area, not a generic 'do it all' company like Snyder. Technician was not confidence inspiring, spent the entirety of the time on the phone with another technician running him through the steps, and the quote from Snyder was four times higher than the local company we hired to do the same work.

I really can’t express enough how many times this company disappoints us , weather it’s with missing appointments or “ being under staffed “ they show up late , then constantly try to upsell you … the last guy that came out , two weeks ago trying to tell us how “ old “ our unit was and should be replaced …. He was speaking with my wife , kicker is the unit was installed 3 years ago …. I don’t really understand what’s going on but yesterday I look up and well they left the side panel off the unit almost like they are deliberately trying to make it fail … also they missed the last appointment by two months making our filters get clogged and the unit to shut off in the Florida heat , mind you we pre book and pre pay for months in advance

I recommend Snyder. They answered the phone quickly when my AC was down and even offered some suggestions to fix the problem over the phone . Their repairmen and salesman were professional and I had a new unit installed the next morning. My old unit was 20 years old and beyond putting any more money into fixing. Very responsive !

Carlton was terrific! I thought I had a leaking toilet but Carlton quickly assessed the toilet was not the problem. He continued searching for the source of the leak and when it was not clear, he consulted colleagues. Together they were able to determine the source of the leak and make repair. Many months of frustration ended for me after Carlton’s took the time to find the problem.

Aidan and Jeremy were here and quickly, efficiently and professionally replaced 2 motion sensor lamps for me. They were pleasant, friendly and worked steadily and accomplished the work within the time for the basic service fee! Excellent job. I did not see Jeremy’s name in the Technician List or would have selected his name as well.

Bryce did a fantastic job getting one of the head units of our whole house mini split system back up and working properly. He was very polite and professional and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I give him 5 stars for a job well done. However, I have to give Snyder 4 stars on pricing. Our mini split system was expensive and only about a year old. To have a $500+ bill today seems a bit excessive.

Called Snyder due to AC not cooling and a 90 degree inside house temperature. Geramy was the HVAC technician assigned. Outstanding! On time, professional and highly skilled. He was able to troubleshoot the system and replace failed component rapidly. Service was exceptional.

I am a widow and single Mom, I recently found out that there was not so safe electrical wiring in my home. I called several pros to get estimates and options. When I spoke with Synder Co the man sounded like he could not be bothered, I sent 3 other companies my inspection report and my concerns. The very day of the appointment with Synder he told me there is nothing they could do, so I wasted a day off work. I had not sent them the report nor had he even gone to look to give me an estimate and he did not even call me back as he had to talk with a manager. Now several weeks later I have 3 companies with great options and reasonable prices. Why did I waste my time and off work with this Synder who I got off Angis list. I do not recommend Synder Co for any jobs to be done at your home

Savannah what the technician that came out today and she was nothing short of amazing! She was so personable and professional I can not explain how refreshing it is to have someone like her to help with the absolute mess that my AC is. She went above and beyond to fix the problem and was very thorough and explained everything. She answered any questions I had and there were plenty of them. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dylan! He showed up early (which already says a lot about his professionalism), and from the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. You could tell right away he’s a genuinely good person who takes pride in his work. Not only did Dylan handle the job efficiently and thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond by walking me through some helpful homeowners’ tips and tricks that I really appreciated. It wasn’t just a service call, it was a true learning experience, and he made it incredibly pleasant from start to finish. One small thing that really stuck with me, before he left, he even asked if he could say hi to my dogs. I let them out of the room, and he took a moment to pet them and be kind to them. So sweet!! Honestly, this might be the best customer service I’ve ever received, especially from an HVAC company. If you’re lucky enough to have Dylan as your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Walter Peavley repaired our A/C today. He was professional knowledgeable, friendly and completed his work in an extremely caring fashion. When I purchased my air conditioner seven years ago, I also purchased the extended warranty which today save me probably over $1000 in repair cost. I highly recommend that you always get an extended warranty.

Anthony and another tech who's name I've forgotten checked and serviced our units and also pointed out things we might anticipate in the near future. They were very polite and professional and let us know what was going on each step of the way until it was resolved. Have been using Snyder for over a decade. My HVAC is 12 years old. Have been pleased enough with the company to continue to use them, but today was a WHOLE other level. Josh C. Is, apparently, and older unit expert. He explained EVERYTHING (whether it needed attention or not) in a way that made perfect sense without ever being condescending. I have a much greater understanding of the way the whole system works for which I am eternally grateful . Personable, super educated, trustworthy, and a true pleasure to be around. I called at 10:30 am for repair on my AC and I was very pleasantly surprised for Mr. Perez to arrive early. He was a nice guy that listened to my problem and proceeded to fix me up. He was efficient and courteous and cleaned up after himself. It's 90 ° outside but only 77° in my house a few hours later. Call Snyder for fast response and decent prices. I'm pleased with the service I received. Unfortunately it took 2 more service calls to finally fix it BUT I am still happy with Snyder AC and will use them if needed.

Daniel was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional during the initial survey. Curtis and Joe executed the installation. They were both class acts. I was amazed how professional they carried themselves. Arrived on time, worked through lunch, and didn’t leave an ounce of dust when they were finished. I barely knew they were here. These guys even offered me a water while we were talking outside! That never happens with other companies. Definitely 5 stars gentleman. I only want the Snyder team to work at my house!

He was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain what he was doing and answering all of our questions with patience. What really stood out was Dylan’s great personality and positive attitude. He approached the job with enthusiasm and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for doing quality work really made a difference. The AC is running perfectly now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Kadarryl did a great job…. He did not try to sell us on a new unit. He listened to what I said, went straight to the problem and had us up and running in about 30 minutes total! With an after hours call, we feel we received a fair and competitive price as well. Would use again.

After 3 separate visits they finally found out what was wrong with my unit but have gone back on their word regarding price. They are now asking for a substantial amount more than what was originally agreed to. I would like for them to stand by their own word.

My boss recommended Snyder to me. I spoke to John Zellner and he sent out Isaiah who was very personable and professional. We built rapport pretty quickly and he helped me out the best he could with the services I needed. It was a pretty big job as pretty much all the plumbing in my house was old corroded cast iron and needed to be replaced. They came out and conquered the job for me very fast (in just 2 days) and cleaned up after themselves. They did an amazing job and communicated with me the entire way! I highly recommend this company.

If I could make this 10 stars I would! AC went out on a Saturday night and Snyder responded by 11AM Sunday. Our tech, Dylan, was very thorough and had our issue diagnosed within just a few minutes. Even though our system was installed by another company just 3 1/2 short years ago, Snyder took care of all the warranty details and was able to get a new compressor installed in 5 days, which is much quicker than the 4-6 weeks the manufacturer said it would take!! Dylan was so knowledgeable and explained every detail along the way. Snyder now has a new lifelong customer and will be requesting Dylan for every preventative maintenance appointment!!

Marcus came out to clear our dryer vent. It went through the roof. He was very meticulous in every detail. He cleared the vent stack and cleared anything left in the dryer. He checked everything at least twice. I am very happy with what he did. ....thank you!

We have generally had great service from this company for over a decade. But had a very bad experience yesterday. Got a price to replace all ductwork for our AC (the SUMMER price, which is always more expensive). 30 minutes later the tech called back and said he made a mistake it would actually be $1000 more than he quoted. What??!!! That is a terrible error to make and unacceptable. After loving this company for a decade we are shopping around.
