Kyle did an excellent job diagnosing an ongoing well pump issue that had been incorrectly installed by a previous employee. He acted quickly, clearly explained what the problem was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done before moving forward. He showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Kyle is absolutely my go-to for any well pump issues, and I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.

Snyder arrived at our home to fix a condensate pump on our AC the technician told no one absolutely nothing after diagnosis of AC unit turned our AC completely off he then proceeded to sit in our yard for a hour left our home and did not tell anyone anything and now our AC unit does not turn on at all when I called to ask what is going on I was told they can’t tell me anything because I’m a tenant what a wonderful company

Chris is professional and did an oustanding job in giving me options and in installing 2 new electrical outlets in our bathrooms. I also mentioned to him about existing 'tripping' issue and he investigated the source and we protected that outlet outdoor. He gave other recommendations for safety of our house. Thank you Chris.
