Dana is terrific! Replaced my 16 year old unit with a new energy efficient machine. Tax credit also applies. Loved the personal touch to ensure that I get what I pay for and actually more than that. Very confident that the install is absolutely correct based on our discussion and the detailed review by Dana and his crew. Very respectful and careful of my house not to damage anything. Tested everything to make sure the system was running correctly. Quality and value were the priority from the start. Had Snyder now for a dozen years and fired the previous company.
