We have generally had great service from this company for over a decade. But had a very bad experience yesterday. Got a price to replace all ductwork for our AC (the SUMMER price, which is always more expensive). 30 minutes later the tech called back and said he made a mistake it would actually be $1000 more than he quoted. What??!!! That is a terrible error to make and unacceptable. After loving this company for a decade we are shopping around.

Phillip was very thorough and explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. I appreciated that as I wanted to fully understand what was happening with my A/C! I had called in a panic that morning and Phillip was dispatched and out to my house by 10:00 am! What great service and another reason why I choose Snyder over all of the other competition! Jay visited our house to look into an AC issue. He was kind and knowledgeable. The prices were fair and he explained the issue thoroughly. I will be using them for any future AC issues, I am much more satisfied with their service compared to others I have tried.
