Trey was very professional and on time and does great work. Explained how the new water heater works, purged the air out of the system and made sure everything was working great prior to his departure. Ask for Trey when you need any plumbing work!

My bathrooms over flowed on new year eve, water everywhere including into my bedroom. I have a back problem so it took me almost 8 hours to clean up and then cleaned everything with bleach. Sewage was disgusting to clean up and boy did it stink. Snyder came out within an hour after I called. The technician was very nice and understanding. He was here about 3 hours clearing my drains. I didn't have the money to pay him when he was finished, so Snyder allowed me a couple of days to ask my kids to send me the money I needed to pay up. I thought that was very understanding, plus they are coming back next week to run a camera for free, to find out where the problem is so I can find the money to dig up my front yard and fix that problem next. It was a rough new years eve day,and happy the problem was resolved. Thanks Snyder

Our plumber, Katia, really knows her trade. She efficiently completed a series of plumbing repairs at our home, all the while explaining what she was doing and why it was important. She recommended additional tasks (locating our sewer clean-out; replacing the water heater anode, etc.) that make sense for us as homeowners. Katia was very neat: wore boot covers indoors, used a drop cloth and cleaned up at the end of each small project. We're glad we called Snyder and are pleased with the service.

Don’t feel like a trust worthy company. Recommend rewiring the house, which was done in 2020. Didn’t even check before recommending it, clearly just looking to make more money out of lying/ tricking people. Christopher was very polite and worked quickly, however. Wouldn’t use again, it’s not comforting knowing someone is just trying to get another couple hundred dollars out of you for an already extremely expensive service. Also hung out light knowing it was broken and didn’t mention that until after hanging out so I don’t feel that I can trust that it was actually broken. Would have been appropriate to mention upon taking it out of the box so that we could return it and get our money back, who hangs a broken light? They do not work diligently, they work quickly to get to the next thousand dollar appointment they can get to

Yesterday, Anthony Mitchell from Synder installed a new water heater. He was very meticulous in the removal and installation of the water heater. He definitely put in 100% effort to insure that the process was smooth and done with care. Definitely recommend this company and Anthony for your water heater replacement.

Ac tech came out on December 5th to service systems. He found an issue and was going to order replacement parts. He called and said something about the parts not being available. Since that time I have texted with the company asking for someone to call back to explain the issue. Multiple times I was told someone would call but nobody has. I think taking over 20 days to call is inexcusable. Time to find another provider. Sad part is that Snyder bought out the company who installed my new ACs. The other company never gave me this type of customer no-service.

German was polite and prompt. However, I feel we were taken advantage of by unrealistically high prices. A new thermostat costs $40 & 10 minutes labor, yet we were charged over $400. When confronted, German said he couldn’t call his office for an explanation on the high labor cost. We will not use this company for any of our houses.

Snyder Air Conditioning and Plumbing sent out Austin for pricing and diagnostics for a garbage disposal under the sink leak. He did a great job and was friendly and transparent. The next day Davon came out to the actual garbage disposal replacement/repair. Davon was very thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with our questions - we could tell he was a truly caring guy. Thank you so much Davon and Austin for your great customer service! Made our lives a lot simpler right before Christmas!

They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, put materials down to protect the home as they removed, and installed a new HVAC unit. Upon completion William walked me through how to use my new system as well as downloading the app to control the thermostat. AWESOME service on emergent plumbing situation that Katt diagnosed and resolved. I am rating Aaron as excellent. He came out in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening. I had no idea water was shooting out of my irrigation system, until my neighbor notified me. I didn't know what to do or who to call. But I thought of Synder since I have routine maintenance scheduled with them tomorrow. Aaron came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Hope I see David in 6 months. Well done David.

If I could give zero stars I would called Snyder out because our system was stuck pumping heat they came out saw it was an older system took one look at it and said it needed a whole unit wouldn’t you know it I called out a privately owned company for a second opinion and after actually testing wiring which Snyder did not all I needed was a new thermostat and my system is working great just like it was before 👎👎👎👎👎👎
