Jermain has been out to our house a few times and he is awesome! He is professional, conscientious and really took the time to address my concerns and explain everything. Jermain answered all my questions (I had a lot!) with patience and humor. He is a very skilled electrician in addition to being kind and friendly. My review of Snyder as a whole is not as good. They do not seem very organized and we had several issues with communication and not receiving return calls. If it had not been for the excellent service we received from Jermain, our review would have been 2 stars.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dylan! He showed up early (which already says a lot about his professionalism), and from the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. You could tell right away he’s a genuinely good person who takes pride in his work. Not only did Dylan handle the job efficiently and thoroughly, but he also went above and beyond by walking me through some helpful homeowners’ tips and tricks that I really appreciated. It wasn’t just a service call, it was a true learning experience, and he made it incredibly pleasant from start to finish. One small thing that really stuck with me, before he left, he even asked if he could say hi to my dogs. I let them out of the room, and he took a moment to pet them and be kind to them. So sweet!! Honestly, this might be the best customer service I’ve ever received, especially from an HVAC company. If you’re lucky enough to have Dylan as your technician, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!
