Ac tech came out on December 5th to service systems. He found an issue and was going to order replacement parts. He called and said something about the parts not being available. Since that time I have texted with the company asking for someone to call back to explain the issue. Multiple times I was told someone would call but nobody has. I think taking over 20 days to call is inexcusable. Time to find another provider. Sad part is that Snyder bought out the company who installed my new ACs. The other company never gave me this type of customer no-service.

My technician (Adrian) showed up on time and introduced himself because his photo did not proceed his appointment. After we exchanged pleasantries, he went outside and begin the HVAC system check up. Adrian was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing, what he found and suggested solutions. It was a great day with Snyder AC & Plumbing & Electrical. Snyder was wonderful. They have Saturday appts for those of us that work during the week. Will have them take care of my plumbing issues in the future.
