Kat and Shianne came to replace a worn out hose bib. Kat checked out the old one, installed the new one and made sure it was working properly. She was very helpful and answered my questions. Both women were friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with Snyder Plumbing, and especially with technician Kyle McBride. Kyle did an excellent job diagnosing an ongoing well pump issue that had been incorrectly installed by a previous employee. He acted quickly, clearly explained what the problem was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done before moving forward. He showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Kyle is absolutely my go-to for any well pump issues, and I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, knowledgeable service.

Jason Dailey responded to service call on Friday. Long story short, our old Rheem unit was not under warranty, needing replacement. He arranged the sale, installation and we were able to finance for 5 years with no interest, even was able to include previous work as a credit towards new unit. The install team, Dominick Yarruso and Kyle came the next morning, installed inside and outside units in under 4 hours, checked out everything and tested, cleaned everything up. We are super happy with all transactions we’ve had with Snyder!

Steve arrived on time and was patient me being a few minutes late myself. I gave him the light I needed mounted just outside my front door. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes and the new light looks great! My only complaint would be the sticker shock I got afterwards - $230 just to change out a light fixture. I do recommend him, but just know the charge can be a bit much.

Had unexpected drain issues which are never fun. Especially with a big family and a baby. Scheduling a repair was easy. Was told by dispatch that the technician would be there at least before 10 pm. Carlton from Snyder called me around 8 pm and came early which was a god send. He came and fixed our problem easily and was polite and informational.

The technician was great but no fix was performed and we got charged for a diagnostic fee without any estimates. Another technician showed up Monday and diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for no charge. I understand the dispatch fee for a Sunday but not happy about the extra diagnostic fee instead of an estimate.

Billie was amazing, his knowledge and subject matter expertise on the project were top notch. He was well prepared and informed my wife and I of all the plans offered by snyder and not just what we called for. We were so impressed we purchased a home surge protector on top of the floodlights. He came back the very next day and displayed a level of perfessionalism and work ethic any company would be proud of. I would highly recommend this company to friends and recommend they ask for Billie!!!

Jason did a heck of a job! He was very professional and transparent when troubleshooting my heating unit. After the fan relay was replaced he took the time to test everything else to make sure there were not any other problems and to make sure the unit was operating like it should. Abysmal customer service. Tech troubleshot our HVAC and said parts needed to be ordered. Since then, it's been weeks of us following up for status and dealing with no shows at appointments. Sorely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, follow through, etc., and will take our business elsewhere.

If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly. 5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago. 7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh. 8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes. Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.

Snyder came out and worked on my ac/heat issue this week because my husband is a truck driver and wasn't home . On his service call he stayed until 10:30 pm figuring out the problem in the freezing cold . Cisco was polite , respectful of our home, and did an amazing job accessing and fixing the problem ! Everything is running great now and we will absolutely be using the company and him/Cisco in the future ! Very happy customers !

Case and Bryson replaced our ac/heating unit after 20 years of use. They did a fantastic job!! On time, polite, curious and know exactly what they are doing. I finally feel safe after a fire scare with the old unit yesterday. William came out yesterday to check the unit while the fire fighters were here. William reviewed various plans and units that would fit our situation. By the time he left we had a new system coming today that Cason and Bryson installed!!!
